Owned it on Wii U stupidly sold it for 40 bucks not realizing it was worth 80 so yup gonna double dip. Even if it's 720p 30fps i'll still be double dipping stupid move selling the game when i had it gonna hold onto it for life this time.

Pokemon and the announcement that the Pokebank app will be added to the Switch when the Pokemon game releases. Although probably gonna get a 3DS again just to play Pokemon Crystal and try and finish Ultra Sun this time.

Forget the year but i remember getting a Gameboy Color with Pokemon Red and playing it all the time over and over again pretty sure it was the only game i had for my Gameboy Color for quite some time

People need to stop comparing games from other systems especially ones that have been out for quite some time like Doom. This is no different so don't expect the same price as PSN or XBL. Don't like the price either don't buy it or get it on sale when it drops in price

Sadly Amiibo are handled in the worst possible way. Limited supply with locked dlc essentially only available to those who get them day one or pay a premium online or on craigslist. Wish they could mass produce them to destroy the resellers market i can't even get the Princess Zelda Smash Bros Amiibo Walmart exclusive to USA it looks like. They do good dlc but the Amiibos need to be handled way better than they currently are.

@Flipbot You're assuming they only had a Wii U for Netflix. Sure there may be a small group of people in this situation but it's 2017 almost 2018 a lot of people have many devices to play Netflix or any other media app. Like i said before i would rather Nintendo focus on games such as the virtual console and instead the first app is a region locked streaming app. I'm sure it will get other apps eventually like Netflix but again i would rather have the virtual console from the Wii U transferred over game for game to the Switch.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE With the amount of devices people have that already play Hulu and various other apps it is a bit redundant to have yet another device that does the same thing. For me the biggest miss from the Switch is the virtual console i would rather have that than media apps especially ones that are only available in the USA there's a bigger fanbase outside of that country this doesn't help people like me in Canada or others in Europe and so on.

Loved it minus the talking Pikachu, the lack of Team Rocket stealing Pikachu and No Misty or Brock at least have one. So many feels it really hit me unexpectedly i know most of it is just showing what happened in the first season still hit me just as hard as it did as kid as it did now as an adult. Got the Pikachu card plus the QR code just gotta wait for Ultra Sun on the 17th they also had a guy in a giant Pikachu costume didn't take a picture with it not brave enough lol.

Just started Breath of the Wild last week really enjoy these free items. Still waiting on a Twilight Tunic from my amiibo settled for the cap today after 1 hour of loading an old save file.

Looks amazing love the art style i assume it's metroidvania which would be great. I know Axiom Verge gets a lot of praise and this is super nit picky but the art style of that game puts me off. Only 3 more days i can start spending money on a new system .

I would totally buy it again for the Switch once i get it only 9 more days of waiting

Really hoping for two things with the Switch first which should be possible port over Bayonetta 2 at least since i can get 1 on the PC if i wanted. Second which is a huge wish please port Metroid Prime Trilogy to the Switch somehow. The second one is a huge reason why i might go back and repurchase a Wii U that and Zelda Wind Waker because i tried the Gamecube version and i sort of regret selling the Wii U. I'm sure most of the games from the Wii U will get ported at some point.

Like others have said and I don't even have a Switch yet all these mini console games should be going on VC PSN or XBL depending on licencing of course

Been waiting for an announcement on the next free Pokemon severely disappointed but that has more to do with the fact i missed out on pretty much all of 2016 free Pokemon really wish i got that Mew

They need to do something about the scalpers on Craigslist and ebay they all jumped from 150 to 500 because of this news. I love Nintendo but they created this mess and they can shove this piece of hardware where the sun don't shine. But I shouldn't be surprised Nintendo have been helping scalpers since the 80s with their production methods. I bet the same thing happens when they undoubtedly release the snes classic.

@luke88 Honestly when they finally announce a Pokemon game on the Switch i'll probably go ahead and sell my Wii U and 3DS. Sure i'll lose out on a few games but most will have sequels or ports on the Switch like Mario Kart 8.

@Bengals76 Good thing i prioritize Gameplay>Graphics way too many games going ultra realistic life like graphics that are nothing more than empty shells when it comes to actual gameplay. It's the one thing i can always count on for the most part from Nintendo vs the other companies.

Interesting i playtest at EA Burnaby i wonder if they're gonna get some Switch machines for people to playtest on

Guess I'm just unlucky then I lost everything and Nintendo and the Pokémon company said nothing could be done. Not sure how long I didn't pay for but it was the first thing looked at when I got Omega Ruby. I forget what their reasoning was maybe I should try again probably impossible. Finally yup you're right some of that was wrong in my previous post but not everything you can go Google it for yourself people explaining the exact same situation as me losing everything due to not paying.

@sillygostly Kinda like how you made claims you don't lose anything with the only evidence being your own personal experience

It's pretty simple you stop paying for a service eventually you lose access to said service and those Pokemon will eventually disappear. You want evidence just google Pokebank Pokemon Disappearing and you can see all the people that lost their Pokemon. So no you can't simply just renew whenever you feel like and still have those Pokemon on their server.

@Kidakairis I am one of those people unfortunately i was waiting til Black Friday for a deal before buying another 3DS. On top of that i forgot about my Pokebank from before lost so many gift Pokemon and Legendaries i had the first 2 gens on the Pokedex.

What's ridiculous are the people that seem to think a bigger 2tb sd card is somehow a requirement for all Switch owners. The only reason to need more space on the Switch is if you plan on going all digital plain and simple

E3 better be huge for Nintendo or else this thing will fail faster than the Wii U if that's even possible

@BakaKnight I'm a little surprised because even at just 2 million people playing they would only have to catch 50 pokemon each. I think i stopped at 78 still catching but not as much as i was before after i saw how behind we are.

@AG_Awesome Ditto i was hoping to grab Zelda or Metroid if it was discounted i really can't justify 11.29 plus taxes on games i already own on the Wii U there should be a discount like the Wii to Wii U versions

As for physical games i'm probably just getting New Super Mario Bros 2 since i never played it before not sure about grabbing Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 all 3 games will be 14.99 where i live but i got bored with Super Mario 3D Land quickly same with Mario Kart 7

Somewhat debating whether i made the right decision grabbed an New 3DS XL with carrying case and charger and Yoshi's Island for 200 bucks CAD seems like i could of saved a bit of money going with a smaller screen

I assume they will be doing these distributions for Pokemon Sun and Moon once they're out weird that the code isn't for the upcoming games
