@SillyG I don't get why people still complain about LR's shipping times either. You are buying a preorder that isn't even made. It's going to take awhile to come. Plus now they do updates on the production process as well as delays so it isn't like they go radio silent until your game shows up at your house.

I am solely a Nintendo video game player so having the chance to get a preorder for a Switch 2 and turning it down is telling of the whole situation tariffs, prices for all goods, game key cards, etc. I will be waiting for the inevitable upgrade and/or smaller version of the console before I adopt.

The OG switch makes my hands hurt if I play it too long so I know a heavier console will only make that worse. Between that and the fact that the game I'm most excited to play (the new Legends) is releasing on Switch I'm good with waiting a couple of years to see how the whole situation resolves.

I love this game and it is nice to see them being so responsive to so many different QOL options as well as bugs. Personally I'm quite pleased to see those berry stacking limits rise!

I haven't played video games seriously in over a year! Which is wild. Was digging through my old consoles last weekend and charged up my DS Lite and GBA. Gonna play some Lady Sia this weekend. Thinking I might need a new battery in the GBA.

Oof, well hopefully we get some patches in the future since I ordered the LFG physical copy. I really want this to be as fun as a Saturday morning cartoon.

The power creep in the Pokemon TCG is real and a huge issue. Your original deck would probably still work in the expanded format, but there are going to be decks in every format that people play because they are proven winners and OP compared to everything else with the tools and cards available in that format.

But maybe you can convince some of your new friends to take a break from standard and play with older cards as well. That's what I do with my friends!

@HenryKibble no Limited Run's whole thing is physical games. So you won't be horribly surprised by only a download code in the box. You'll get a real cartridge.

I'll be hoping for the Pikachu card in one of my happy meals. The last two years have been hard to get the cards though so might have to be lucky with the first one!

Still hoping for a Pokemon Trainer restock at some point, but I'll gladly scoop up Jiggly if the scalpers don't get them all first.

I do remember feeling a bit like a dweeb walking into Toys R Us with my DS just to download Pokemon from their wifi, but it was incredibly exciting to see Regigigas appear on in my game! We never got Nintendo events or distributions in my town that were live in person events. So I think my first experience with having a Mew in Red Blue or Yellow was using the Mew glitch in the download versions. Getting it right and seeing Mew appear in my game was still exciting. But the author's account of the live event sounds like some real Pokemon magic.

Fingers crossed this comes in physical as well. It looks fun enough that I might have to get it digitally even if it doesn't. Love the Masters of the Universe vibes and already have two people interested in co-op!

Definitely picking up the Castlevania one. The last Castlevania collection they did is beautiful. Yeah it will probably take a year to arrive, but let's be honest, I'm not hurting for games in my backlog haha.

I'm hoping when they release the DLC that they can shift focus and release some performance patches for the entirety of the game.

A lot of people who don't play Pokémon Go are sassing in these comments. I think most moderate players of the game have a gotcha of some sort at this point.

This one seems a bit pricy with the new Pokémon Company one coming out that has confirmed great ball and ultra ball compatibility. I have one I bought in 2017 that is pretty basic, but does its job. So, no plans here to upgrade at the moment. Although the official Plus+ is tempting. I just wish it was more of a watch band and less like a giant Pokéball.

I might actually do this raid. Area Zero gives me a migraine whenever I go into it. So I can pick up this guy without having to spend a couple of days in pain and with vertigo.

I still feel guilty for switching to the third one, it's so weird how we get attached to inanimate objects, even if they are cute and Pikachulike.

I think the only Pokémon I still need to move are from Colloseum and Gale of Darkness. I've been putting it off because the process is so clumsy from Gen 3 to Gen 5. That catching minigame in Black and White should be illegal. Guess I should get on this though if I want all my mons in one place.

I hope they patch for framerate and bugs. I have never gotten sick from a video game before, but Area Zero and the endless circling and obscene brightness triggered vertigo in me. I'm nervous to go back and finish that part of the story without some kind of performance fix.

Depending on price I might pick it up. There are just always so many good games coming out! I loved It's a Wonderful Life on the GameCube even though you couldn't make a penny on farming.

I would love if the three guaranteed holo cards meant the death of the reverse holo. I've recently gotten back into the TCG after the 2 year covid lockdown gap and remembered my infinite dislike for those cards.

The whole potential of the past/future teases is the main reason I went for the dualpack. Well, that and I couldn't decide between the two legendaries.

Having Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles locked to the end game is disappointing. I like to spend a good couple of months playing new Pokémon games at my own pace. Having them occur within a month of release will be too fast for my play style.

@TDRsuperstar2 Play records are a save file from a previous Pokémon game on the switch and the ball guy is probably for having Sword or Shield play data.

Still interested in this one and am going to be reading the reviews closely to see if it might be something to add to my GIANT back queue.

Still on the fence about this one, but I'm glad they are addressing the QOL issues people had from the demo! I'll wait for a final review before I decide to pull the trigger. I have so much in my backlog and the new Pokémon on the horizon that I just can't justify a preorder.

I love strategy guides! They are like a time capsule. I have all of my Pokémon strategy guides going back to Red and Blue and most of the hardcover special editions as well. I will be crushed if they don't put these guides out in English.

This is the first one of these I have been tempted by. It's so......cute.

Lots of games I'm interested in for the rest of the year. Pokemon of course, still considering picking up both versions which I haven't done since X and Y. Plus NieR Automata, Potion Permit, Harvestella, Horse Tales: Emerald Valley Ranch, maybe 80 Days/Overboard...but the list is long and I'm hoping to pick up the new Pokemon OLED Switch to replace my aging original one as well. Hoping to get some more hours in Digimon Cyber Sleuth this weekend in between catching up on the Pokémon World Championships VGC stream.

I enjoyed mega evolutions far more than dynamaxing or z-moves and I feel like there is amazing potential for a Legends game focusing on Mega Lore.

My biggest issue with Wolfe's comments is that no matter what the gimmick certain Pokémon will always dominate the VGC scene (cough...Zacian, Incineroar, Tyranitar, Kyogre, Groudon...anyone?)
