@ItsjustAnotherGamer This is exactly right. Nintendo doesn't have any reason to create MK9 since this game already serves that purpose. It's sad that this is the case, Nintendo should see it the other way around and give the fans the next entry. It isn't like they already cashed out on MK8 to the fullest extent. How many more years will they continue to milk this cash cow? Mario Kart Tour is a joke and way to cash even more on a franchise that everyone loves.

Personally I'm watching this one really close as it's got amazing art and the devs are serious about their commitment to quality. It's taking a while but good games always do

This is seriously disappointing for me, I really don't like the Dynasty Warriors series but hope this at least will make others happy.

@mazzel there is actually this indie game in development that is in its very early phases but the of the project aim is to re-create an Snes action RPG and they mentioned Secret of Mana / Evermore , Terranigma and others as being the influence for the project. Horrible news.. I still hope for the series to continue with the cliff hanger ending of the third game. Perhaps they will honor his work by making it a reality!

Just feels so damn generic.. like where are the stages that look like areas from past sonic games!? Racing on Death Eggs or Green Hill at least come on Sega!

A series that should have ended with Bayonetta 2. They are milking this series and it's not going to be an improvement. More of the same and people will buy because the name and the studio making it.. people never learn.

Not a fan of the series. I really wish Platinum was working on a different series since they are such a talented studio. I'm happy for all those who really wanted this but personally I am really disappointed that we won't be getting a game from another series and instead we get this stupid witch with more of her fancy dance moves and guns. Just my opinion of course, I know this game will be solid and worth the money.

@lilith I was wondering how the hell they got the rights to use an exact copy of the gameplay from old school Zelda. Then I noticed the game was already out on Steam and coming to the Switch. Did I miss something? How did they get away with this? I mean can we just rip games off but as long as we changes the characters it doesn't matter at all? Apparently so..

This game looks boring and the art is bland. No creativity in this concept at all. As a game dev myself I can say that the quality of indie games is overall very low. My dream is also to release a game on a Nintendo console and if games like this are being approved then I have no doubt in my mind that our game will be on the Switch. It's only a matter of time..

Always has been and always be my favorite game of all time. I voted for Crono for the smash ballot and if they are planning a new Chrono game at some point what better way to celebrate the 20 Year anniversary.

There is still hope As fate would have it, I'm currently apart of a team who has been working on spiritual sequel to Secret of Evermore for well over a year. We are all deeply fond of Evermore and the uniqueness that the game held and breathe new life into it. First. That price tag is understandable since it's going to packed with content and I would gladly pay it after all the work they are putting into the project, especially a small team working on pulling it together. I'm apart of a small indie team myself and I can relate to the struggles.

Nintendo is banking too hard on releases like Mario Kart and Smash Bros.
These games are amazing titles but if they are just trail us along with small details of these titles and never get any real new projects stirring then they should stop scratching their heads and start realizing what the fans want and simply work their hardest to create new projects that would bring the WiiU to life and pay homage to the fans.
