@ParadoxFawkes there was also a lot of times, when the hand held version was better then the console version also. Sometimes, the limitation of the hardware did great results.

I dont understand. There is only the Nes game, and a gameboy port. What else?
With that said. The nes game is a classic.

@Clyde_Radcliffe Yes i agree about that, but its not the hardest Disney game from that era, The Jungle book the SNES, (not the Mega drive version) Is the hardest Disney game ever made, i find it a lot harder then the Lion King, but they arent that many, talking about that. I dont think it was that sucessfull eather as it came out between aladdin and Lion King.

A future physical version with some DLC included anf iam going for it, I will wait and see.

So, does anybody know if there will be a physical realese on the Switch? Or is it likely?

I like the style. To me, this look better then many retro inspirerd games that look like flash-game from 2005.

Disney Illusion is a major flop and it deserves to be. It looks like a cheap mobile flash game and has no challenge or variation. Cant see how this site gave this 9 out of 10, as it was in the same leuge as DK tropical freeze or Rayman legends. Its noway near that quality.

No, the art style is just to empty and ugly. Cel shading graphics could be beuatiful, just look at the old Don Rosa Donald Duck pictures. It was an incredible amount of details life in those. This is not and the fact that its seem to be both short and easy is also a deal breaker for me.

@epicgamner The laziness for me was the the decision to make a game with 75 % levels from the past. If i want to play Chemical plant zone again, i prefer doing it on Sonic 2,

@Waluigi451 The comparison with New Super Mario Bros is really stupid and i totally agree on Sonic Mania. For me, it was a total disappointment. Yes, some people can argue that levels are re designed in some ways, but the thing is that it feels the exact same way to playthrough Green Hill Zone and Chemical Plant and that gives me nothing, as i have already done that before. The sad thing is that the 4 new levels are very god, but it should have been all new levels to catch my overall intrest. Iam surprised that no game jounalist ponited out the the laziness on that whole project.

This site almost always very generous with the grades on Switch exclusives. The Guardian gave it just 2 out of 5. 7/10 on IGN and 3/5 on Eurogamer.

Many of the classic MS games are also on the Game Gear. I think it has severel of the best plattform games from the 8 bit generation and almost all of them come late in its lifespan.
My favorites are Asterix, Castle of illusion, (betterr then the 16 bit version) Land of Illusion, Sonic 1. All those are pure classics. Other great games in the same genre is Deep Duck trouble, lucky dime ceaper and The Smurfs.

I prefer all snes version. I also think that all Snes remakes looks a lot better then Super Mario world. There is something with the look there i dont like. Mayby the colors are to dark
the lack of details.

Looks decent but in terms of new Pikmin merch, I settle for the the 6 terrarium bottles that I already pree orderd where you get all six for almost the same price as one of these.

I would have included Disney Classic collection also as it have both the Snes and Mega Drive version od aladdin, The liong King and the 2 quite different versions of Jungle Book.

I would by a physical version only.. But it sure looks great.

I would have prefer something new, like a 2d plattformer in the same style as the Infogrames The Smurfs from 1994 to Snes and Mega Drive. The 8 bit versions of that game are also great.

How is 34 % of Sonic Sales on switch strong? The Switch has a userbase that is a lot bigger then the PS5. I thought it would do a lot better. I wonder how sales where in comparison to order Sonic games.

Great idea! Iam a big fan of th Snes/ MD The smurfs, and the smurfs nightmare. A new 2d-adventure could be cool also.

12 tracks is very little.
I understand that they want too keep the game true to the smurfs natural environments, so they cant have the same variation as Mario kart.

But still, i think at least 16 would have been a lot better. With that said, you can collect medals in the time trial mode and its quite challenging and something, mario kart 8 should have also.

Only 12 levels sounds very little, but i guess they want to keep it in the smursf natural environment.

Well, Ty 2 and 3 on the GBA where also 2d plattformers. and also quite good. I looking forward to play a direct sequel to those games. Really hope a phsycial version.

There has been a few good Garfield games over the years. Garfield- Caught in the act for the Sega Mega Drive and Garfields nightmare for the DS are both decent games.

How did Monkey Ball Blitz HD in the UK chart back in 2019?

Infinitive lives is a great idea. That is the only reson i finally beat Banana Blitz HD. And If the physics arent inferior than that game, it will be just fine for me.

@samuelvictor The Snes version of Jungle Book is a lot harder. Mayby The hardest Disney game ever made, a lot harder then the Lion king and nobody seems to mention that. Took me a week o complete. But both are quite different so its good to ser both of them.

@BoilerBroJoe The Mega Drive version of Jungle book its one of my all time Disney favorites. Very fun and addicted gameplay. Great grapics and music.
The SNES version is simular gameplay but with different level design and a lot harder. I find that game ever harder then the Lion King.

I Wonder if they will have an option of infinitive countinues.? I couldent beat the orginal games as I always run out of lives.
I did complete Banana blitz HD thanks to the possibility to always countinue.

Amazon News!I but the title lies, as not all versions of jungle book is included. the master system or game gear version of the jungle book is not there. Those are better then the nes and gameboy version.

But iam happy for the rest. The Snes version of rhe jungle book its probably the hardest Disney game ever made. Took me weeks to complete. The mega drive version is quite easy but very fun.

Sounds intresting but the fixing a headphone socket is really what the GBA SP needs most. That headphone adapter is bulky and bearly works with modern headphones.

I Like how rhe name reminds me of the GBA realese. Asterix -Bash them all. That also included a game just like.
I havet really have fun with a side scrolling beet em up since Golden Axe. I just think they all get so repetetive. But I Will give this a chanse.

@Tempestryke Jungle Book on Snes is totally different from the Merga Drive Version. You should give the Mega Drive version a chance, i like it a lot, more then the Lion King.
The Snes Version is incredible hard...

@Zeldafan79 OH yes, Infogrames The Smurf from 1994 on Snes and Mega Drives is really good, Great looking and challeging.
The Gameboy and Game Gear version is also good with an amazing soundtrack.
The Smurfs Nightmare on GBC is even better one of the best plattformers of the system and again a great soundtrack.
I havent played a good smurf game after that...

Thank you for your reply. I understand the complexity in this, i would love to have a copy of it.. I dont know for sure but i got the i feeling that the Switch with its large userbase and loyal fanbase seem to be a quite good consol for physical indie realeses.😁 Mayby it could be distributed by limited run games?
I mean, they realese a lot of games, many of them, far from the quality and popularity of this series and still, they often sell out in no time😄

Really looking forward to this.
Will there be a physical realese also?
