@WickedUnicarnBoi Exactly! I can’t wait until physical media is done for. Their heads will explode. Some have even said they’ll give up gaming so we won’t have to hear from them pretty soon. They won’t have to worry about the box art, the missing Thank you notes inside the game, and the off-centered logos on the carts that apparently make some lose their balance and cause irreparable emotional trauma. 🙄

You guys cry if you don’t get a physical release and when you do, you cry because it’s not enough and you want more paper and booklets with the box. Geez. Next time Nintendo should just release a digital version only. That will shut you up! You either take it or leave it. Physical media is dead. I can’t wait for the digital future nex-gen is brining. I will shower in your tears! 😂

P.S. I hope the game gets updated with additional content/levels, that way you physical lovers will never have the final product or complete game on that cart.

While I love POWER-A’s price and controller art, the quality is not the best. I lost count of how many GameCube controllers for smash I’ve gone through. Some have been faulty out of the box. Usually they don’t last more than 2 months. I would love one of these but the quality factor has really left a sour taste in my mouth.

What year are we in 2005? Seriously the switch seriously lacks in the online play department. I get that this is square Enix, but dang! Is it that hard to make an easy matchup system? Must be since most of the games on the switch seem to suffer in one way or another.

@TG16_IS_BAE High Horse? I don’t know, I feel like I made some valid points. Maybe collecting older games is fine, but new ones?! Why? There’s always day one updates and add-ones (free or paid). When servers shut down and you can’t download the patch you still won’t be able to play the game.

Collecting? Or compulsive hoarding disguised as collecting? I’ll stick with a clutter free digital library thank you. So many games/remasters available these days, I doubt we’ll ever really have the opportunity to miss a game. Also, you gotta think about all future updates and bug fixes that are happening constantly- Do you really have the most complete and up-to-date copy on that disk? The answer is clearly No!

The people we should really be mad at is all the ones that skipped this game. You didn’t buy, you didn’t play it, now cough up the $60. Maybe if y’all would’ve supported the game and system when it released we would be getting Pikmin 4 instead of a port. You had plenty of time to go on your Wii U and download the game if you didn’t, then you missed out.

I personally liked this game, so I’ll gladly cough up $60 to have in on my switch. If you haven’t played the game, then you shouldn’t be complaining about the $60 price tag. I paid it then, u should pay it now.

Same! I’m glad someone else feels exactly the same. I bought this when it first came out on the SNES- I could never get into it. Even now going back and playing this can’t seem to change my mind. It’s boring. There’s so many mechanics in this game that I dislike. It’s just not fun for me. It feels like a chore. There’s just something about it that I detest. Sorry, Yoshi’s Island... We can’t be friends.

Noooo! I was planning a trip in September! 😢😢😢 I try to visit Japan every year. This may not be the year to visit. I don’t even think they want us there due to our high infection rate. 😭😭😭

You literally just agreed with what I said with in your comment. If you’ve been playing like Pokémon for a while now you’ll agree that Gamefreak has really had issues with the 3D jump. Perhaps the best thing for them to do is to stick with the mon designs and outsource everything else like you said. It’s not negative it’s the reality of things at this point. I feel like the mainline Pokémon series could do so much better in every category.

Of course the graphics are better. It’s not being made by gamefreak. As much as we love game freak for what they’ve done with the series. It’s no secret that they are terrible when it comes to graphics animations. I hate to say it but game freaks formula has become stale. I would rather have someone else take a crack at the Pokémon franchise. Someone that know about online games, online community, and optimizing graphics for the system they are developing the game for.

@TG16_IS_BAE Not only was it easy to jailbreak, the whole system still feels like it’s been in BETA mode for 4 years. So many simple and essential features missing. I’ve been a longtime Nintendo fan, but I’m not gonna lie when I say that no matter how awesome a console is- they always find a way to disappoint. Always.

Maybe they should target all those drifting joycon issues just as voraciously. Seriously, no joycons to buy as they are all sold out everywhere, and repair requests have come to a grinding halt. I filled a repair request and it’s been 4 weeks and I have yet to receive a label/authorization to send in for repairs.

The animation was good but I felt like it wasn’t TOON-y enough. It felt too safe. I wish it was more extra when it come to eye popping and the reaction animations. Meh! I see potential but I hope they go all out.

All of them are trash. Why you ask? It has Sonic; the most overrated character ever.

I will say tho, Sonic 3 was a good title. One of the very, very few good Sonic games. Wouldn’t it be nice if we just retire the character and dwelled on better times such as this instead of all the recent and terrible games that have been released?

RIP Sonic. Your time has passed.

Sonic wishes his creators had this much creativity. There’s a million times more talent here than the entire Sonic Team. Sonic will always and forever be mediocre and nothing else. The character’s legacy is forever tainted with more terrible games than good ones. Go away Sonic- You’re not cool and never will be.

@ShockFire10 You said it all! I don’t understand how people can still be this excited for this trash. Let’s call it what it is- This franchise is trash and has been for a long time. There is no talent at Sonic Team and from the looks of it there never will be.

If it wasn’t for nostalgia, Sonic would’ve gone the way the if Bubsy. I still can’t believe that trash made it into Smash bros. It doesn’t deserve to be there...

Mario doesn’t want to hang out with a character that has 90% trash games and can’t ever bring anything new to the table. Glad Nintendo caught on to the damage this non-inspiring and boring series is doing to Mario.

Sometimes companies can’t come up with funds to release physical and it makes more sense to launch digital. Better start weening of physical media. The future is digital and it’s glorious!!!

As cute as this game is, if feels unfinished and unpolished. Some of the cut scenes look like crap. The promised update better be less than a month away. This game does not feel like it’s worth $39.99. Reminds of something from the wii shop

@Static_Fanatic I agree. I also think we’ll never see a western release. I also don’t see any kind of sequel or new game of any kind which is a shame.

I’ve been waiting for ages for this to be released. I backed this project on kickstarter back in 2016. They’ve been terrible at updating backers on the progress of this documentary. I honestly thought this was dead and I thought I lost my money. Glad to see it’s still alive. At this point, I still have my doubts it will ever be released, but hey- I could be wrong.

This is the worst series ever! I never ever want to revisit this series ever again. All 3 games I’ve played have left a terrible and disgusting taste in my mouth. I’m not surprised it got a low score- it should of gotten a 4.

Mila and Anderson- the perfect combo to make me lose my lunch for a week. Why do they keep giving this guy these IPs it’s clear that the guy doesn’t know anything about resident evil, much less Monster Hunter. I’m sorry but I hope it flops. I don’t want 7 crappy sequels of this garbage.

I’m not getting suckered into this... after playing 3 of the Pokémon mystery dungeons games, I’ve come to the conclusion that this series is trash. You can’t skip the lame dialog and they just rant nonsense for like 30 minutes at a time. If you die, you gotta sit through it all over again. No thank you. It might look pretty, but this is pure unadulterated trash of a series.

Why make another version when you can just update the current game I already own. If it bothers you that much make 2 custom cases for DLC so you can put them up on your dusty shelves with all the other cases.

Been there during the summer events several times! It’s amazing every time. I love how you get a mystery gift when you first arrive. Please note that if you plan on going there you have to make a reservation otherwise you may not be able to get in. It’s always packed and usually you have to book 30 days in advance. Oh! And it’s super expensive. Lol spent $130 bucks on dinner for 2, that included 2 deserts and 2 lattes. It’s all about the experience tho.
