@jerichofr Why are we arguing about something that in purely subjective and completely foolish to argue about? No one walks away from this looking "intelligent"
@Ravenmaster Why not just get another console that can handle your desired processing? Switch is what it is. Perhaps if the Switch wasn't the best selling system (by a mile) they would have done something else.
If your console is topping the sales charts consistently beating out superior consoles regularly then why change the formula?
Im ok with it, means that upcoming games (botw2, prime4 etc) will still work on the regular switch which is great for me as I had no intention of buying a new system.
As soon as I get thru the E P I C Salad Bar Tycoon I will be moving on to the amazing Pizza Bar tycoon. I plan to log at least 700 hours in both of these this weekend.
@BloodNinja Perhaps the devs want to pay themselves in lieu of spending heaps of money on physical releases that is completely unnecessary when digital is just fine...
No issue here. I am always happy to pay for quality, even if it's not here yet I am certain it will be a high quality game. I paid full price for Hades and would have happily paid $25 bucks more just for the sheer amount of love Supergiant put into it. I've no doubt Dread will be of similar or better quality.
@Flashlink99 Totally. There exist plenty of haters. I am used to it to the point of numbness but The few that I have convinced to checkout the community have been changed. It's a unique subculture with some very interesting people. Most of us are peaceful, creative and cool.
Odd decision. I know folks on here love their physicals and I respect that but the convenience of digital is just too good for me. Also, environmentally friendly.
Picked up Fez last week and have been playing it in spurts, an hour here, half an hour there. Last night had a strong desire for a new platformer so picked up Ori and the Will of the Wisps. My first Ori game and I am very excited to start.
Games are my escape from the day-to-day. I play about 1-2 hours a day in a normal week and proficiency is not my goal. Why I love BotW so much, can do whatever I want without worrying about timing or scores. Multiplayer isn't for me, some people I think spend way too much time on there for some weird ego boost.
@NEStalgia ok. so it's more like NAMM or Musikmesse but for video games. Trade show with random interviews and stores with some sales and the occasionally overly cheesy presentation from actors that have fallen into obscurity.
Im someone who plays video games casually a couple hours a week so I am not so clued into this E3 thing. is it just a big convention for gaming companies to expose their upcoming products or is it some kind of award thing?
@AugustusOxy I never much cared for the mario series so I can go either way. It was attempted fan bait for cash and it failed. Just proved that Nintendo wouldn't mind tarnishing their image with a poorly made movie.
