So many F2P video games lack substance and reason to invest these days. The return on investment for anything other than you might have something someone else doesn’t, and playing the game makes you happy. Shucks, happy hour can do that after work, that’s why it’s called happy hour!! TBH Apex Legends launching on Switch would be good for 4-5 months. Only to have something else come along. Tetris 99 on the other hand... That game definitely has staying power! I don’t see Fortnite crashing anytime soon. It’s core fan base will keep it going. It’s just not the hot title anymore...

Well that’s cool. Arena of Valor had an improvement to their graphics going from mobile to Switch. This would be great. There will be a mainline sequel as well. The Switch will probably get both!!

That news story exploded and painted the picture this kind of stuff can happen anywhere, even in Minnesota. It's Pokemon, I'm not surprised. If you want a new Pokemon title and own a Switch, sold. If you play Go and want something to augment your gameplay and own a Switch, sold. I'm really enjoying the game. It's a constant battle if I should transfer my only Mewtwo in GO to Let's Go LOL. I know you get him later on. But that would be really fun to have Mewtwo early.
@2legit2quit I was a bronze league player, had the game on PS4, I'm what you call a port beggar as far as that game is concerned, I want it on Switch... Overwatch was the successful result of the aftermath of project Titan. I'm very familiar with both games. For a good chunk of time before that. World of Warcraft was a dominating force long before Overwatch dropped. Whole BlizzCons were built around that. Everything else was kept aside. Only in the last 5 years, other games have started to be part of the Blizzard family. It's good to see them branch out again.

Good on Nintendo for extending the Amiibo line to third party devs. I’m happy to see this working out. Blizzard isn’t just a PC game company, it’s a video game company with the goal to make amazing games. They lost sight of that focusing primarily on one cash cow MMO for the last 14-15 years. Sure they’ve had expansions for other titles, and World of Warcraft was a monster success... But they need to keep growing, they have the capital. They’re not some little indie developer a good number of their fans make them out to be. They’re one of the last surviving brands from the 90s not picked up and eaten by EA. That foundation is built. Let’s focus on other areas of the house. I want to see them grow, the Amiibo is a step in that direction. Game on!
Nintendo pointed out they were totally willing to work with third party groups before product launch, apparently too many devs decided not to listen. Mobile titles would look amazing ported to Switch. Some 3rd party pieces can be ported and work with companies like Iron Galaxy and Panic Button. I hope they do it sooner rather than later.

Misspent youth video gaming. No regrets. did I miss out on somethings? probably... Did I stay up too late playing video games? Yep, but I've pulled more all-nighters when my boys were babies. Did I spend more time on video games compared to homework? Yeah, but I also spent more time working than on homework and gaming combined. As for the games. I played Overwatch first, so playing this game may make me miss Overwatch. Even if Paladins comes to Switch, It won’t convince Blizzard to bring OW. They even called out Sony at one of their Blizzcon’s for launching PS4 not long after D3 was released on PS3. Probably left a bad taste for dev’ing for console.
Side note, check out the bench test for Overwatch on the Smach Z portable PC. They play it on low settings. I plan to watch a few times to get an idea of how it would work on Nintendo Switch.
I will buy Pokémon before Smash, keep in mind they’re two entirely different style games. People who are crazy about Smash, EVO, and fighting games will end up buying both anyway.

This would be an interesting turn in the Pokémon TCG community. I’d rather see TCGO on Nintendo Switch over Hearthstone. Didn’t think that way before, but now my boys and I collect Pokémon cards. I see way more potential behind a Pokémon game like that on Nintendo Switch. The physical cards hold way more value, and the player base seems friendlier compared to Hearthstone.

Why else would they be playing with a Switch on Diablo? Or they put Diablo on a Switch because the light comes on by itself??? This is also showing up shortly after the other rumor went out. Anyone else noticing the Diablo Facebook page seems to be broken? I can’t see post history from Feb 14 on. It’s like they don’t want Nintendo gamers flooding their site or something. So I make my comments right on the Blizzard page!
