Now how Doug Bowser is doing a better job of keeping Nintendo under control compared to EA is something I’ll never know, but at least it’s good news.

I got mine yesterday. Got the email to redeem the skin on release night and at 12:18 AM yesterday I got the skin. Now, whenever I get Sonic Superstars off of the Xbox store on my PC, I’ll get the skin with it.

And now I can happily say that Peach has finally received American Kirby Syndrome.

I see that Bowser is taking what he learned from Mario Odyssey and staying with it. Go him.

@NintendoWife I remember in an article saying that when making Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Nintendo wasn’t just trying new things - they were improving upon the past as well.

@HeeHo To be fair, the smooth gameplay is really the only valid defense I see for this game (outside the League challenge & the mons themselves). Don’t get me started on the negatives, because I will do everything in my power to not let TPC live down the fact that they ripped off Tubba Blubba from Paper Mario.

@judaspete F-Zero fans are weird, am I right? They keep asking for a new game, and when they finally get one, they don’t play it.

Sure, I do see where people are coming from with the "Sakurai drifting away from reality" statements, but you guys have to remember: this man is a PRODIGY. He is a huge part in why the Kirby games have such consistent quality after 31 years, and the reason why both the Kirby series & Super Smash Bros. EVEN EXIST (Sakurai made Kirby when he was 19, after all). And considering the quality of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Sakurai’s statement is far from unreasonable.

@CharlieGirl Compilation or not, Origins is still a 2D Sonic game. So, what I said still applies.

@Pigeon Nah, when it comes to Sonic, there’s three audiences you should know about - those who love Classic Sonic, those who love the good Modern Sonic games, and those who love the Pontac & Graff Modern Sonic games.

What they’re saying is that making a Mania 2 would target the audience that love Classic Sonic, and so they want to avoid doing that in a way that feels old and cliché.

@CharlieGirl You’re kind of forgetting that Origins happened after Mania. So you complaining about SEGA moving on from 2D after the mixed-bag fest that Origins is kinda hypocritical if you ask me.

Additionally, 4Kids is not responsible for butchering the anime they dubbed. Blame the Federal Communications Commission on that.

@PinderSchloss From what I heard, the Mario movie did do well in theaters with fans, and that had a serious plot with some comedy in it. Yeah, I think Illumination can pull a Zelda movie off.

@Wexter To be fair, the people promoting it are giving Nintendo a piece of their own medicine. I mean, the worst Nintendo had done to the emulation community was shut down a tournament just because it involved the use of an outside emulator, and that only resulted in the Smash community getting triggered.

I’m more pissed at the fact that even though I bought the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC, Nintendo is begging me to buy their ***** online service expansion because they’ve turned into Mr. Krabs.
