RoTK and Two Towers on GameCube are still excellent hack and slash games, Third Age is a solid RPG and the Lego games, as always are serviceable experiences. I only ever played the console versions of the games so I would be interested in checking out some of the handheld titles.
I know I’m probably in the minority here, but I’m one of those few people who enjoy Call of Duty and would prefer to play it on a Nintendo platform. I also hate cloud gaming, so this little fiasco has me perturbed lol.
@YoshiF2 it is surprising to be sure, personally It looks like an expansion pack to me and I’d much rather have an all new Zelda experience instead of BOTW 1.5. It could be great, but I’m also annoyed at the lack of WW and TP on switch
I don’t believe for one second that the developers aren’t working on it or haven’t been contacted by Nintendo. The Switch is a port machine (I say that not being critical, I love it) I’m sure a great deal of success Nintendos experienced with the switch is the rereleases of games most never got to play on the Wii U. I’m sure the developers are just being coy and trying to calm things down for an official announcement, as we’ve been talking about TP and WW ports coming for years now
I will eventually get this, but at its current price, not a chance, it’s inexcusable. Needs at least 2 more tables and cross platform accessibility. Just Gonna wait for a sale
It’s about time!! I’d really be content with any Cod making it to switch, I just want a physical release and if I had a choice I’d hope for a World at War remaster!
So far I’m very pleased with all I’m seeing in regards to boards and minigames. My only hope is that Nintendo will offer DLC boards. I know they probably won’t, but still I think most of us would splurge for more boards
Yes that is inevitably true, but at the same time, as long as there are tech experts out there I feel that games can always be preserved. I’ve had a local Mom and Pap electronics store repair my consoles and cartridges the few times they’ve crapped out on me and at reasonable prices mind you.
Honestly I’d be down if they were able to make the game playable without motion controls, it is that reason that kept me from finishing the game. Played a few dungeons and just got annoyed, only Zelda game I never finished. I don’t know if it’s possible to implement a traditional control scheme, given the nature of the game
Wow, I would respectfully disagree. I find the island hopping to be a huge let down for new horizons, I loved it in new leaf and I felt like I came away with something every time I visited. Now I feel there’s no reason to go island hopping so now I feel as though I have an inexhaustible amount of nook miles because I never leave my island
I feel using the remastered versions of link is unnecessary, I mean they look identical to their standard definition counterparts and they’re easy to tell apart, the biggest challenge lies in the varying “Toon” incarnations of link
They have to stick with the hybrid platform, I’m one of those switch users that plays 90% docked, 10% handheld. This model is fantastic, always give the consumer options, I’d be disappointed if they regressed to strictly home or portable consoles
The more games on switch is a good thing, however I’m not interested in PS2 era GTA, the games haven’t aged well imo, we need V or at the very least IV, the switch could totally handle it, also give us bully and Read Dead 1
Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I’d feel short changed if the next games roster was smaller and/or missing characters, it would be like going from Melee to smash 64, it would feel like a step backwards, the more the merrier I say!
Such a welcome surprise, glad to see Star Wars games on a Nintendo home console again, the N64 and GameCube eras put out some of the best SW games ever, many of which were exclusives, day 1 buy for me, here’s hoping to a physical release🤞🏻

@DanijoEX-The-Kumiho Yup, couldn’t agree more. This will probably be what gets me to retire from gaming as well.

Re: Review: Super Mario All-Stars - All That Glitters Isn't Necessarily Gold
I respectfully disagree, I find the visuals for all three titles far superior to their nes originals, if I play 2d Mario, it’s All Stars.
