@WoomyNNYes yup, the playback in feeds option is off but still plays. It’s funny cause sometimes ill be at work scrolling and a Nintendolife video just blasts at full volume randomly 🤣

Random unrelated question but does anyone know how to fix an issue where the you tube videos in these articles stop playing automatically with volume? I scroll past them and they just start playing for some reason.

@somebread that is exactly what is wrong with the world now, one idiot should not have to ruin it for everyone else. If your door breaks, you don’t just remove the whole house and affect everyone, you fix the smaller situation that caused the issue.

I’m hyped for all the big releases this year. This year I just want…more…M…E…T…R…O…I…D… dlc for Dread, Prime Trilogy, Prime 4, 2D collection, Metroid cereal, i dont care what it is, I just want it lol

@RCGamer I should have elaborated lol, it stacks in its own difficulty. For example, if i beat it on hard in less than 4 hours ill get all three images, same with normal. So basically you could get all 7 unlockable images with no more than 2 playthroughs

I finally did 100% on hard in under 4 hours for the final artwork, did it in 3:19:26, not a speed-running level of great but i think its pretty decent lol

@edgedino i said the same thing but after you do a couple playthroughs you will start to notice that Nintendo cleverly designed a very linear path that you can follow the whole time without ever really getting lost or stray too far from the main path

I think this game is by far the absolute cheapest and cheesed game in the franchise thus far. Never have I seen the game play so unfavorably to non CPU players

Why couldn't they make the Metroid suit playable from NG?? Doesn't have to be the hyper beam but just a selectable suit of that would have been amazing!

See this is exact proof how much love for the Metroid series exists, yet Nintendo continues to widen the gap between releases. Yes im very excited about this game and made sure i got my Amiibo’s and special edition preordered but Metroid is my favorite series and I constantly want to see new content. We have too many Kirby games and every.single.one of those games is bare bones minimum and they always have new releases

@ozwally I had issues downloading a game yesterday so I went and cleared the cache and the switch and then it downloaded no problem so there’s another solution too

I was content and impressed. No, i didnt get everything i was hoping for but got a new Metroid and some cool stuff to come with it, so I’m happy!

It’s definitely challenging avoiding spoilers before hand, pretty much gotta just stay off the internet. But I am going ghost tomorrow until after the presentation just so i dont have to run into spoilers

@Otoemetry I mainly come on this site for the articles and news and not necessarily for pre-orders and stuff because I know about the delay that the journalists get But Amazon, target, Best Buy and GameStop are all fairly dependable retailers and I’ve gotten alerts for different things before that went up for pre-order and I would be fine but ever since this whole next-GEN console debacle broke out it’s been nearly impossible for me and countless others to get anything anymore

@Otoemetry They went up for preorder in like 3 stores here when they were first announced, i had alerts and whatnot set up and never got them when they actually went live. From what ive heard they were gone in less than 2 mins

Please dont take this the wrong way fellow Nintendoers but is there a U.S. version of this site? I get excited reading all the articles but when stuff goes up for preorder they always seems to be available in the U.K. But wont ship to U.S.

We handle preorders absolutely terribly. When the zedla joycons and this amiibo went up for preorder there were no notifications or indication of exactly when they went live so naturally i missed out on them cause of the stupid bots, so i had to resort to paying scalper prices for the joy cons.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this site and will continue to use it on a daily basis!
