Please dont take this the wrong way fellow Nintendoers but is there a U.S. version of this site? I get excited reading all the articles but when stuff goes up for preorder they always seems to be available in the U.K. But wont ship to U.S.

We handle preorders absolutely terribly. When the zedla joycons and this amiibo went up for preorder there were no notifications or indication of exactly when they went live so naturally i missed out on them cause of the stupid bots, so i had to resort to paying scalper prices for the joy cons.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this site and will continue to use it on a daily basis!

@Slowdive See my big issue is not whether or not it’s announced at E3, close to it or shortly after it, it’s whether or not were gonna be able to get one day 1. See I have a streak going since November 18th 2001 when GCN came out that Ive bought every mainline Nintendo Console and Handheld on Day 1....though I feel this streak my be broken this time around.

@Slowdive I’m thinking a November 19 release date, to release along new pokemon games. Or maybe will release with Metroid Prime 4, that seems to be the more realistic approach

For the length of the trailer, I would think It’s near complete. This is too much of a tease to be that far from completion. They should have waited until the indie showcase next year at E3 to show this off. The last time I got super excited for a mega man style game was Mighty No. 9 and we all know the tragic ending to that story. I’ll wait until it drops and read reviews or get it on steam and get my refund if indeed it does suck.

The game looks great but Q4 2022 switch release date? That’s a little absurd to show off a game that looks pretty much completed. Not like we’re looking at at a 100+ hour game that needs multiple years in development but waiting another 18 or so months for this is ridiculous. I’ll get it on Steam first.

They opened up on best buy and gamestop in the US when they were announced but i never got any wind of when they went up for preorder and the next day they went up randomly and i missed out.

All sold out in the U.S. I see some sites in the UK are still up, but not sure if they ship to US or not.

@MS7000 I won’t lie, I was lucky enough to get the samus/metroid double pack at a gamestop that doesnt have a lot of traffic. I dont want to open them bc well ya know lol. But you need the Metroid Amiibo to unlock Fusion mode in SR. So i went on Etsy and got the card versions of those Amiibos. Price wasnt bad either

@MS7000 this is what upsets me about Nintendo is that they probably wont do a reprint of these. They wont announce the preorder date and times either just like they didnt with the zelda-themed joycons, doubtful they will go up for preorder again too

@MS7000 not always, some amiibos unlock things permanently. But either way you sugarcoat it, it’s still dlc.

This is awesome! I met my wife in 2012 through words with friends. We lived 900 miles apart and that mobile game helped us come together.

I can definitely do without the terrible rap music in the video

Next year does mark the 35th anniversary for the original Metroid so maybe, just maybe Nintendo will acknowledge and hook us up with some re-releases and maybe if were lucky MP4 release by end of year

@tzahn dude The Messenger was so good, that I replayed for 100% on gamepass and then again on Playstation lol

I went to go preorder it when it first went up....saw add to cart, clicked it....aannnndddd it’s gone!

Finally 100% this game, well worth it imo. I almost got glitched out in the Jungle Spring towards end-game. For anyone experiencing being stuck and game not progressing properly, try to uninstall game and reinstalling completely or reboot Switch completely. Worked for me.

@Severian you can still play Let’s Go in handheld mode so the Lite will be perfect for it. My brother has a lite and he loves Let’s Go versus having to use one Joy Con if he were to play the regular Switch in dock mode.

@PlayedNSlayed you know what game is always on sale? The Bridge, in fact I don’t think i have ever seen it not on sale, lol

@Inc I thoroughly enjoyed it very much. It has a great story, easy to pick up and learn controls, fun gameplay. It gets quite challenging towards the end but nothing that can’t be beat. I went for 100% completion and It was worth every hour I put into it.
