They should have shown screenshots of the walking around bits. Those are much more interesting and are the main parts of the game.

I can't wait to get my Steam Deck. But I'll still be playing my switch for it's exclusive games.

Here's an idea: add multiplayer to the challenge mode.

Okay now bring over aaaallll the other Vanillaware games to switch. I'd settle for even a PC release. Just save them from Playstation hell.

Don't skip out on this game if you like visual novels! It's amazing.

@Crono1973 Thats... not it. It's because there are two pokemon games coming out so close to each other. 2 months is not a long time for casual gamers. And yes, I know Arceus is going to be "different". But it still is another pokemon themed jrpg.

I think a decent amount of people also may have skipped this game in favor of Arceus next year.

I played the original but didn't get this one. I'm just over games about highschoolers in japan, personally. Same thing with anime.

Some people are going to be a bit TOO happy about this.

They wouldn't have this feedback if they didn't keep rushing these games out. My fans literally just want a difficulty slider and no forced experience share.

And I bet it'll be 60 bucks too for just the first game. Should be 40, given it's only the first one, and it's a remaster and not a remake.

The people saying they wouldn't sell it, seriously? I bet if someone offered you several thousands of dollars you would totally sell it.

I wouldn't ever call an individual developer lazy. But a studio or publisher? Definitely. Many of the decisions Nintendo makes for example, I would call lazy. Or if not lazy, then sloppy.

This game is amazing, but you can get it on other platforms for 40 dollars as well and with more content.

I am definitely not the target audience for pokemon anymore. I think it's time for me to move on.

Just map the c buttons to the right stick like a normal person. I'm not surprised though.

And when people say "oh awesome online N64 games!" I have to roll my eyes. Have fun getting a group of people together who are all paying for this, to play 4 player Mario Kart 64. If nintendo included a matchmaking option with this, it may have made it worth it.

@russell-marlow Too true. You hit the nail on the head. There are much better options to play these games. Judging by the poll on this website, it seems like most people aren't planning on getting this as of now. So that's a good sign, at least for this demographic of hardcore fans.

Not giving them extra money for this. I personally hope this expansion pass thing fails.

Having never played one of these games, which one is the best? I doubt I'll be able to complete them all in quick succession.

As a working adult 8 to 10 hours is my sweet spot for action games. Metroid dread was the perfect length

Genesis games are such a waste on here anyway. There are much better ways to get those games on Switch. Whether with the enhanced ports, or the genesis collection. I'd be tempted of they threw in GameCube and GBA into the mix, but Genesis is basically nothing to me.

Saving my money for the Steam Deck instead of Oled. I play mostly docked anyway. I got Dread though, and it'd easily my game of the year. I was also worried, as Samus Returns was pretty average, but Dread is already my second favorite Metroid above Prime 1 but under Super right now.

I'm not going to pirate games. But you can bet that if Nintendo offered it, I would absolutely play their games on PC.

I play mostly docked, so pass.

Zero Mission or Super for me.
