Equally this could also be the Fortnite team just having some fun with filenames. As I recall, the filenames 'cattus' and 'doggus' were for the giant robot and monster, nothing to do with cats and dogs. Something tells me if there were a Splatoon-Fortnite crossover it would be more than just two cosmetic items too.

People are complaining without reading the article? This is the kind of narrow-mindedness that will never help Pokémon to become a better game. I disagree with the 'purge', but I think that the writer made some good points and it should be interesting to see them in action.

I'll be playing Splatoon 2 and Undertale this weekend. Perhaps if I find time, I'll play some Paladins too.

Nice. I was enjoying Paladins anyway, but lack of motion controls was a gripe of mine.

Yep, this is definitely the way to go. Perhaps some Nintendo Lifers might even want to start their own 'families' to get it as cheaply as possible.

That's fine. I'd definitely say that cloud saves expiring is the bigger issue.

This is not a good trade off. Epic were already taking measures to improve performance though other means, and they had a significant positive effect. Disabling a feature like this is an absolute shame, sometimes I would even do things in game specifically to save as clips. Now I can't, and while performance is quite good now, I feel upset because one of my favourite parts of Fortnite was sacrificed for it.

@aiden0309 I had that issue before. A temporary fix I found was to change your Switch name. If all of your friends change their names, it should work again.

@AlternateButtons Yeah, same. I just feel a bit bad because of how many notifications Damo will get now.

@Damo Please could you remove the hint at a certain fighter? I was trying to avoid spoilers for the direct, as I'm sure others were. The article you linked to even has a spoiler warning. Thank you for doing it.

Hmm... An interesting challenge. Depending on how much Cycle 28 costs, it may be a challenge I am willing to undertake.

@OctoInk20 90% calculated by your friend is 90% of their matches, not everyone's, which is an incredibly minor percentage when weighed up against the rest of the world. Even if you presume there to be others that you are unaware of that experienced the same, you have to take into account that you are the only person I've seen making this complaint, so the number of people cannot be enough to affect the results substantially. I played plenty of both team and solo matches, and didn't notice any of that. There wasn't even any squidpartying thankfully. And if you think these people should be punished, that's down to you. That's the whole point of a report function.

Having to switch in/out a random Pokémon sounds rubbish. Even if you have an expanded party, it'll still be a hassle to go back to the PC to swap them. I'm becoming increasingly more glad that I'm skipping this one.

EDIT: If the PC is always with you then that removes the hassle... But also breaks the difficulty.

Uh... Her play seems pretty standard. She is by no means bad, but she isn't exceptional, bar her age. Then again, I don't use Sloshers.

Does anyone know how the motion sensitivities match up to Splatoon? I'd love to use the sensitivity I'm already used to.

@MrGawain There are Inazuma games on the Wii. It'll likely play like those.

To be honest, though I love Inazuma Eleven, the original is broken. It's incredibly easy with no grinding. Inazuma Eleven 2 is where the series really shone in my opinion.

@SuperCharlie78 Toadette is my main. I can consistently win tournaments with her. I don't think she's at all bad.

Actually character DLC for Odyssey could work really well if it mixes up the standard gameplay enough. Imagine Bowser Jr. in his clown car, zipping around levels... Count me in.

Mario Tennis Aces and Splatoon. Aces has me hooked already, I absolutely love the high intensity quick action.

@GoldenGamer88 Why? So you can run out of ink for minimal damage? If anything, I would say that suction bombs would be best.

@GoldenGamer88 Yes new Tenta Brella. And it shall have Splash Walls and Ink Armour so it is invincible.

@dskatter There is no 'cart' to my knowledge, but it is what you described as the former, albeit digital.

@Magrane Ninja Smasher actually does have that option. Once you complete the game as Ninja, you can play through it again as one of those 4 characters. Chain Sickle man is my favourite, he kind of breaks the game, but in a fun way.

@Magrane This isn't a sequel. It's the original iOS game, being ported to Switch. Ninja Smasher! was the sequel.

I hope that this continues. Almost all of my friends bash the Switch for being a Nintendo platform, despite the fact that they have no reasons for why they dislike it. Just UK Nintendo bias I suppose...
