Re: ARMS Keeps On Swinging Thanks To A Group Of Dedicated Fans

@ShadJV @Wolfy76700 Ok, sure, I understand that the game is good with buttons (used buttons for a while during the testpunch) but I personally felt that the motion controls were a perfect fit for the game, which complemented a good concept, and game, and because of how well they fit the game, I felt that they were integral to the experience. If you disagree, that's fine, each to their own.

Re: Soapbox: What The Upcoming Pokémon Switch RPG Can Learn From Recent Pokémon Games

Genwunner alert!
But in all seriousness, I think that in recent years of Pokemon, especially in USUM, some things feel a bit too silly, and in some areas of the game the challenge factor is totally lost. For example (I haven't actually played USUM, but this is what it seems like), "Don the magic sunglasses to join the battle agency!" or "Here, have free shinies and BP for playing minigames!" I don't like the emphasis on using certain Pokemon through Mega Evolution and exclusive Z-Moves and the pacing of the story is a bit slow for my liking too. Everything else is fine though.

Re: Random: The Ouya Pad Lives On As A Knock-Off Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

Wow... 5 hours of battery life... I can use my joycons for 2-3 days of fairly long play sessions before swapping them over to my other set of joycons... On a side note, would anyone recommend a Pro controller as opposed to joycons and standard grip? I was thinking of getting the Xenoblade one, because I like the look of it, but am quite content with my 4 joycons and grip already, so I can't decide. Thanks.

Cor... Tough choice. Splatoon 2 is my most played game (320+ hours), and Stardew Valley has allowed me to have some great conversations with my non-nintendo appreciating friends, who I never really had anything in common with before. In the end, however, I went for Zelda, as it delivered a sensational gameplay experience, which absolutely blew me away, even with my tremendous expectations for it. And I haven't even bought the Zelda DLC yet.

Re: Random: Super Mario Odyssey Glitch Allows Cappy To Kill Mario

@DanElectrode There is a glitch I found when capturing a Charging Chuck on one life, I killed it, it was respawning and I threw Cappy out past it so that it could possess the Charging Chuck on it's return flight, and just as iit respawned, it killed me and Cappy flew back at the same time, so I saw the death animation, but there was a Mario Hat on the Charging Chuck as if I had possessed it.
