I’m honestly just sorry for people who get caught doing this sort of thing. I love a juicy rumor or leak and I’m personally glad some people are crazy enough to do things like that. It doesn’t really hurt anyone individually and I usually hope they get away with it. (The exception being people who maliciously leak information to harm someone else)

I’d love a game that has the exact graphical style of the comics. It could be a Comix Zone style game which references the original medium.

I have no issues at all with Swedes buying up whatever they want. Their society is not harmful to the hobby. Some other places, though…

You definitely should! The gameplay fits pretty well with a Zelda game, but the best part is the soundtrack.

I really wish they would just completely ban gaming over there and leave it to humanity to enjoy.

Subnautica pairs pretty well with Star Trek: The Next Generation, or really any Star Trek in general. I tend to write the text for my memory capsule from the perspective of one of the characters. To be honest, it’s always Data every time.

I wouldn’t say it’s clear more people are coming out against it, I’d say it’s fantastic that more people are coming out against it.

I really do hope he evades “justice.” When Bowser was sentenced to prison for a non violent crime, the quite vindictive judge was pretty clear that if it was Louarn’s sentencing, it would be for over a decade of imprisonment.

They never endangered, assaulted, or killed anyone, and yet this guy will almost certainly be sentenced to a decade of imprisonment if captured.

That hardly seems fair considering how actual dangerous or violent acts are often treated in the “justice” system.

I’ve always though about how devastating it would be as a lover of video games to lose the ability to play them for whatever reason. Video games were an important part of my childhood and it makes me sad to think of how hard it would be for a child to face a physical limitation that makes gaming inaccessible to them. Accessibility in gaming is important for everyone and should be encouraged and celebrated.

This all seems pretty vindictive to me.

When I was a kid my mom worked at Roger’s Video and she used to get three free rentals a week. The memories of walking up to that (glorious) wall of SNES and Genesis titles still make me happy. I was very lucky to be able to acquire a wide taste in games that way. Everything from platforming to racing to puzzles to sims graced my couple consoles in those bad old days.

I’m pretty excited for this, even if only for the fact that new Trek games are starting to trickle out. I hope a decent Lower Decks game gets made.

Endings is great - it would bookend the western series names perfectly.

That was probably my favorite scene in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

@RadioShadow Earthbound arguably includes both of those features. The battles aren’t random encounters, and if you time attacks right you can survive battles you wouldn’t have otherwise.

But I do share your love for Super Mario RPG.

Where I work, we barely give a damn about the theft of these cards, the place still runs fine, and nobody dies. Almost a paradise in comparison.

I personally don’t have “200% trust” in the competence of anyone.

@sleepinglion Although I do enjoy Picard and Discovery to a slightly lesser degree than the classic shows, I am absolutely in love with Lower Decks. It feels much more like the older shows and I think that you might prefer it to the other new stuff. Prodigy, for a kids show, is pretty darn decent too!

That’s awesome! I bet he’ll get every single korok. But on a tangent, I do hope that’s just a plastic wrapper on his game and they don’t stamp that age rating right on the cover.
