I’m pretty excited for this, even if only for the fact that new Trek games are starting to trickle out. I hope a decent Lower Decks game gets made.

Endings is great - it would bookend the western series names perfectly.

That was probably my favorite scene in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

@RadioShadow Earthbound arguably includes both of those features. The battles aren’t random encounters, and if you time attacks right you can survive battles you wouldn’t have otherwise.

But I do share your love for Super Mario RPG.

Where I work, we barely give a damn about the theft of these cards, the place still runs fine, and nobody dies. Almost a paradise in comparison.

I personally don’t have “200% trust” in the competence of anyone.

@sleepinglion Although I do enjoy Picard and Discovery to a slightly lesser degree than the classic shows, I am absolutely in love with Lower Decks. It feels much more like the older shows and I think that you might prefer it to the other new stuff. Prodigy, for a kids show, is pretty darn decent too!

That’s awesome! I bet he’ll get every single korok. But on a tangent, I do hope that’s just a plastic wrapper on his game and they don’t stamp that age rating right on the cover.

I’m sure all the great artists throughout history are rolling in their graves because of all the content they didn’t preserve as NFTs. There really isn’t any other way of preserving content such as art.

I used to play this in McDonald’s on their GameCube back in the day and it is probably what convinced me to move on from my beloved N64 to the next generation.

Got a two pack of protectors, one was OLED and one was original. Good thing there were two, because I pretty quickly ended up crumpling and furiously hurling the first try in the trash. Now my OLED is using an original switch protector and has a bunch of dust and such under the protector. Ugh…

I always liked Catdog, not to mention a couple of these other shows. I would like to see Rocko, an angry beaver, or even Quailman.

I’m definitely interested in Eastward for its Earthboundiness. I just hope its place of origin doesn’t limit the potential of the story.

I was so excited about this game back in the day, but in the end I’m almost glad it became Mother 3 and retained the art style of Earthbound/Mother 2.

The entire human race is doomed if we continue to be so stupidly and pointlessly wasteful.

As much as I’ve always enjoyed every version of this game, I’m surprised nobody else hated the aiming reticle on the Wii version.

That alone made me prefer the Gamecube’s version.
