@PlywoodStick Well the game was kickstarted in 2013, when UE3 was still commonly used. Still, you are right; people need to do their own research. They should have had a calmer response, though.

Porting the game would be very hard, and I've seen previous tweets talking about they are frustrated with people begging for a Switch port, but as a company you should try to remain calm, even responding with no.

What will happen to My Nintendo, which was linked to this game? I mean, My Nintendo stinks, but I am curious.

@BornInNorway81 I think it was reference to Mario Odyssey, in which Cappy says "That's amazing!" for many achievements in the game, such as 999 moons.

@Jack_Goetz Has it been finally confirmed fake? I know there is a lot of evidence pointing to it being fake but I didn't know that it was straight up deconfirmed.

@Ralizah I bet DLC is used as a way for the next game to be planned by some of the team while the rest creates the DLC.

@PhantomLink29 It wasn't just me? Some said they had no problem but the tanks never worked for me correctly while all the other motion controls did. My joy cons have never had problems, too.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE Pretty sure they said XC2 will have a smaller world like the original as it fits the game better, but will still be around the same length as the original, which was very long as well. XC2 will have more cutscenes than XCX and they will be better animated (As we have seen so far), so it makes sense that the game's world may be a little smaller.

I've been wanting to play this one, but if this doesn't happen I won't be able to. So glad that Nintendo gave them the dev kits! This game has been slowly progressing since 2012 but I can tell it is turning into something special. I still haven't received my copy of Yooka-Laylee from the kickstarter since it is not out for Switch and yet A Hat in Time seems to be even better and may come to Switch sometime after launch on other consoles! We'll just have to wait and see.

@Kalmaro Nintendo is making dev kits for Switch hard to get. A Hat in Time isn't coming to Switch because of that despite them wanting a dev kit.

They should not have called this the definitive edition as it is basically just a port. That said, if you didn't play Legends already, buy it. It's a great game. It and Tropical Freeze are two of the best platformers and a long time. The Wii U version is my favorite version because it was supposed to be an exclusive in the first place and has Murphy, but if you didn't like his gameplay then get this version.

@Aaron09 It's unlikely the original will come to Switch due to XC 3D, but I could see X! I would love if they brought both, though.

@Reignmaker The original is on Wii U virtual console now, if you have a Wii U! It's a very good game, X as well.

Salmon Run is my favorite mode in the game. I wish you could level up during it, as if you could then I would play it even more!

Infinite seems pretty uninspired to me, and that song is not good. Hopefully the actual gameplay is good, but I am a little nervous for the quality of the soundtrack, which is unusual for a Sonic game. Not nervous for Sonic Mania, though! So excited!

I hope they do not release another 3DS. They made the Switch portable for a reason! I am excited to see Nintendo put all their effort into games on one system.

I'm so lucky I found one when in upstate New York 23 days after launch. I bet it is still out of stock now where I am (I am in a Boston suburb)

A little upset about how this ends drawings in games like the original Splatoon, but otherwise I don't really care. Hopefully this doesn't mean they are pulling the plug on online on Wii U soon. Xenoblade X is almost impossible to 100% without online... I hope they port that game to Switch.

Not of fan of this. Only people who rage quit on purpose should get this, not basically everyone on wifi not near their router.

Sheikah Slate case works great for me! Plenty of Game Card slots, room for the switch, earbuds, and more. Great case, and is the main reason I got the special edition! I still wish the special edition came with the BOTW DLC, though.

@Yasaal The Switch was built to be portable, not to be 1080 60 fps. Not sure where you got that idea.

@Yasaal The Switch is a portable console, unlike Xbox One and PlayStation, so it makes sense that 1080 60 fps is hard to achieve. And frankly, I am glad they went for fps over frame rate, so I have no complaints.

It's still really bad in the U.S. too, I think. I am lucky to have found mine late March when visiting my grandparents in upstate New York.

Ugh; I've always hated that guy while others used to like him. First I was annoyed by him acting like his opinions were fact. Then he started insulting other YouTubers, even to the point of hating on GameXplain, who used to have him on as a guest. Finally he came out as a trump supporter and racist. His artwork is great, but his personality is really annoying and rude.

@chardir Back during the invisible block glitch I made a really cool level in which you would travel between a world that was visible but all the blocks you would fall through and an invisible version of the same world where all the blocks could be stood on. You had to memorize the layout from the visible world and progress through the invisible world. I got a streamer to play the level on the night the glitch was removed; they were confused why the level was unbeatable until I realized what happened. This was before Nintendo started banning people for glitched levels, so I deleted it in time.

Putting the Switch in sleep also turns the controllers off, so this isn't really needed.

I don't get why they made the Switch portable if they are still keeping their handheld division separate from their console division...

@shani Wii U users yeah it is weird, but for Switch ever Switch user has it; it has over a 100% attachment rate. Switches are hard to find right now.

@flapjackashley2 As sad as it is, as Nintendo and video game fans we love Mario Run's paying model, but people who play mobile games just want in app purchases.

@DarthFoxMcCloud I was visiting my grandparents in Albany and got a special edition and a Switch relatively easily on March 26th. Where I live there were no Switches near me, but it is interesting to note that special editions are still being produced!

Played XCX because of Chuggaaconroy and GameXplain, fell in love and 100% it and I am now playing through the origiinal, which so far has been just as good if not better! So excited for XC2; I still doubt it will come out this year but here's hoping!

Nintendo needs to stop horsing around with with these "stable" patches and needs to actually add some new features.

Get it? Horse stable? I've been playing too much Breath of the Wild...
