Nice, I didn't get it yet as I was planning to get it on Switch 2 but it's coming sooner than expected for me. I guess I'll get it sometime this summer but not on launch as I'll be busy with Cyberpunk 2077 and Mario Kart World

@sanderev 100% agree with that. I was happy with how easy was it to just pre-order the Mario Kart Bundle yesterday through My Nintendo Store here in Germany.

I guess limiting it to 1 console per account (lifetime) gave everyone fair chance to get one.

I mean the whole idea for Switch is being hybrid where you can play on the TV when you're at your home and playing portable anywhere else!!

I know that you might be on vacation or staying in a hotel but I guess you won't have that much time in your vacation to bother yourself with plugging the Switch to another TV for just few days.

Well I think it's fair maybe they just want to have control over where to promote specific videos or stuff?!

I guess they're just waiting to see how good will it be - sales wise - and then release the game on it.

Just wanted to share my experience here with everyone, I used to have all consoles for the last 8 years or so but then I took the decision at the beginning of 2024 to sell my Series X and focus only on PS5 as my primary console and Switch for my family. A year after I feel now that I will focus more and more only on Nintendo Switch 2 when it launches. To be honest I'm enjoying my playtime with my daughter and wife more than playing games on PS5. The only thing I fear is the FOMO feeling but I hope the Switch 2 will be supported heavily by third party and more games be on it.

Gaming is getting expensive and I've new priorities rising in my life now so I need to make some adjustments which will be fair for everyone in my family.

Can't wait for it. Currently playing Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu as I'm trying to get into the series before Pokemon Legends Z-A launch later this year.

I barely use it nowadays to be honest. I mean it takes forever for me now to just redeem a code so I hope the eShop on Switch 2 will be much faster

I might be a minority here but I don't care and will get it, play the game and then sell it. I won't bother if the game will still be there in 10 or 15 years and be playable. I mean I'm not sure if I'll still be alive by then!!

I'll definitely play it on my Switch 2.

I put the widget on my phone and it looks pretty awesome. TBH I'm opening it on a daily basis because I like the art and the little piece of infos they put in there. I'm not using it to get my latest news from Nintendo.

I'm getting Cyberpunk 2077 at launch but planning to play Yakuza 0 once I finish Cyberpunk and the Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

Just finished Yakuza Kiwami on Switch. I played it before on Xbox Game Pass but I rushed through it because it was leaving the service and I can confidently say it was a big mistake. I took my time with it on Switch and it hits different this time.

Going to start The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD next.

That's why I felt like Virtual Game Cartridge or whatever the name is a good solution and better than just having a key in the box which is useless afterwards but at least the new type of Cartridge you can still sell it later after you finish the game.

I'll get it eventually but not on the launch window. I'll be busy playing Yakuza 0 - Cyberpunk 2077 and Zelda. Of course Mario Kart will be there too

The game looks great and I'm so hyped to play it. I was watching the Direct with my kids and wife and we all can't wait for the release date.

Wait but how I can actually dodge the blue shell in Mario Kart 8 already xD?

After the cross-progress update, I just recently tried the game on Switch, and I was surprised that it works decently on the Switch.
