Guys, stop overreacting. This would be bad if Nintendo was developing the mobile titles, but they are only giving IP rights to a mobile publisher.

This doesn't mean that Nintendo is straight-up going mobile, they are far from taking the road that companies like Sega, Square Enix and SNK have taken.

There was a thread on the 3DS subreddit around an hour after the announcement that was mostly hate towards Wheaton for is work on TNG and TBBT as well as his personality and status.

The story (which is all the game has) is boring and cliche. It only got good ratings because it had a gay love story, no more no less.

There are many films which have produced better stories with similar setups that many people haven't seen, so go look for one of these films instead of wasting $20 on Gone Home.

I'd pay for a (optional) subscription fee if you guys would cut it out with stolen Kotaku articles.

At this point with the way that many companies want to use VR, it most likely will be just another gimmick.
There are great places where VR could fit great, but absolutely nobody is looking to those places with it.

@TheLilK98 That's about it. Because YouTube likes to jump the guns for some companies (i.e. Sega, Capcom, etc.) a system like this is unfortunately necessary to prevent further incidents like the ContentID rollout and attempt to grow new content creators, unlike YouTube itself.

@belmont About FF and MGS. Square Enix & Konami have recently started putting those games on Steam and they seem to be on track to release the latest games on there as well. It's been a fairly recent things that has gotten people's attention when thinking about console value this gen.

You can pretty much get almost all of the major 3rd party titles that PS4 and Xbone on PC, usually Steam.
The Wii U is really the only console that you'll need this generation, PC swiftly beats the others in their graphics/power battle.

Also, isn't CoD losing sales with each game. Ever since Black Ops I heard.

Is everybody skipping over the part about stock?
I've seen people everywhere talk about how they can't find the game anywhere because the stores ain't stocking the game properly, pile that with the pre-purchase of shelf space policy at various stores and you don't get a good situation.

I'm not saying that the game would be a top sell, but I am making note that the people who didn't pre-order the game are having an extremely hard time getting their hands on it.

Either way, this review unfairly assumes that we're looking for a straight-up Zelda game. What I see is a dedicated action game with Zelda characters, which is something that I've been hoping would get made since 2009.

The story is not great and that's all that people hold it up by, I could write a much better story with the same basic characters and a better setting.
It's not worth $20, it's not award worthy (BAFTA, Oscar, etc.) and definitely not necessary for consoles.
