I think this is a good roster. The only thing that pissed me off is the laziness of some Final Smashes. I hate that Toon Link and Sheik still have the same from Brawl. And I haven't seen Lucina and Dark Pit's yet, but Dr. Mario's is basically a reskinned Mario Finale. Come on,man. There was so much potential in there.

Still. can't wait. I'm hoping for DLC in tue future for even more characters.

@Stomatopod17 Serebii has confirmed that Mega Gallade's ability is Inner Focus. Yikes. So yeah, unless they give him a base speed higher than base 100, you're pretty much dead on.

@HappyHappy It is its own character, it's a got a separate spot on the select screen and everything, like Dr. Mario and Lucina. Sakurai said that if a character has even a minor difference in properties, they will get their own slot. Alph,for example, is the same as Olimar, so he doesn't get his own.

I was kind of hoping that Gallade's Psychic type would change into Fairy once it mega evolves. At least it would have a immunity.

Love all three designs. Initially I was kind of bummed that Mega Sharpedo doesn't have Speed Boost, but it can be worked around before with Protect. And I'm hoping they don't give Mega Gallade a pointless boost to Special Attack like they gave Mega Gardevoir more Attack. GameFreak trolling at its finest.

Ok, seriously? When will we get Wi-Fi distribution of ANYTHING? Jesus, guys.

@RaphaBoss Eh, it ain't the same thing, in Classic you fight 12 enemies or so (unless they changed it up on this one) and All-Star you fight every single character in the game, it's kind of the ultimate challenge on harder difficulties. And to me, who tries to get at least all the character trophies in the game, having always a set order makes things get tiring much faster. To each its own, I guess.

Wow, I don't even care that much that it's simply a color swap instead of a full-blown alt costume when it looks as freaking cool as that Dark Samus color. I think that's the only Samus color I'll ever use.

I actually really dislike All-Star having a set order of opponents, like in Brawl. It's cute that it is on chronological order, but to me it's pretty dull knowing who your opponents are before you play it, especially when you have to play the whole thing with each character to unlock trophies and stuff. I liked it better random, like in Melee. That's just me, though.

@stv176 Yeah, those are pretty good examples. Wheres the outcry about that? I think feminsm is a great cause, but there are so many misguided complaints thrown around, a big deal is made about such unimportant things. If only women were sexualized I would understand, but it's not the case and people complain anyway.

Feminists are going to be pissed. I just think that Samus looks really weird when firing her Paralyzer with that outfit. She's waaay too flexible.

I hope there's a skimpy Captain Falcon outfit or something to balance things out and make the extreme feminists relax a bit. Seriously, you can see his six-pack through that outfit, how's that not sexualized? Are only women not allowed to be? And it's not like every woman in Smash has giant boobs or anything, it's just Samus.

Yeah, no Regenerator sucks, but at least he still has Slack Off for recovery. I can see this thing being a beast with Calm Mind.

@crimsonbolt Maybe GF thought they would be too overpowered with it. But still, at least have a more interesting Ability if you really need to replace Regenerator. Hell, Oblivious would be better than Shell Armor now that it prevents Taunt as well.

Slowbro just isn't the same without the derpy expression. And I'm a bit disappointed by the Abilities, both are kind of sucky to me.

And Mega Audino made me think of a potential Mega Blissey. That would be terrifying.

Wow, can't say I expected Mega Salamence to look like that. It's kind of a Latios/Latias version of Salamence. It's going to take a while for that design to grow on me.

I absolutely loved Mega Lopunny and Mega Altaria, though. The designs are great, and they look pretty useful. High Jump Kick with Scrappy and Dragon/Fairy with Pixiliate? Hell yeah.

Sean Bean is a cool actor. I hope his upcoming TV show is good,he deserves a movie franchise or a good show.

I'm a bit disappointed, but I'm still getting it. The problem for me is that I can't have my friends over all the time. I have some friends I met online that can frequently play with me, but I can't because the games don't have online. I really wish I could play Super Mario 3D World and Rayman Legends with friends online.

I was almost mad that the first Paper Mario stage on Smash was going to be of my personal worst game in the series, and then I saw the Thousand-Year Door pic. I'm happy now. I would appreciate if there was something of the first game. And of Super Paper Mario. But if it is just these two, I'm ok with it.

Yeah, just the involvement of Sandler makes me wary of this. He hasn't made a movie I liked in ten years or so. I think he can be good, though. And I love Michelle Monaghan and Peter Dinklage. Who knows. It's a interesting premise.

From the three revealed this week I chose Captain Falcon. The Fire Emblem chars look cool, but since I never played any FE, seeing Falcon back was more exciting for me, even though it was pretty obvious he would be back.

Favorite newcomer so far, Greninja. I just love this guy, it's one of my all-time favorite Pokémon designs, and it looks really fun to play as him/she/it. Palutena is a close second.

Favorite character overall is Mario. I like the classics, and I have this little rule that the first time I play a new SSB game, I use Mario in the first match. So I'm looking foward to that.

About Amiibos... if I lived on a place where games and game related items had decent prizes, I would buy a bunch. But since these things are crazy expensive here, I may not buy a single amiibo. I do want some, though.

Putting the endless hand-holding aside, I actually liked Fi. And I like they used her classy dance moves as some of her attacks here.

I never played any Fire Emblem, so I'm not all that excited for Lucina and Robin. Still, it's cool. And it's also surprising that Fire Emblem has a whopping 4 characters in Smash, I hope that means the roster will be significantly bigger than Brawl's.

But, Captain Falcon! Yay. I hope he's as good as he was in Melee.

For me it's tricky choosing between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. I voted on WW, but I'm still not quite sure.

Also, I think it's kind of pointless including the enhanced versions (WW HD, OOT 3D) in the poll. If the enhancements made someone like the game more than their second favorite, they would vote on it anyway.

I like the design. I wonder if we'll get Mega Salamence. It would be scary, but I still would like to see it.

Little Mac with the sweatshirt. I hope a lot of characters have more elaborate alternative costumes like that.

Anyway, great work again by McGroove. I always felt this overworld song was a bit overshadowed by the Athletic theme from the same game. I like the overworld song more. Both are great, though.

Picked the DK Storm Punch. I love that special moves have three different versions now, that's a brilliant idea.

Does anyone know for a fact why Nintendo removed the DKC trilogy from the Wii VC? I hope whatever the reason, that doesn't stop Nintendo from getting DK64 on the Wii U. And getting the DKC trilogy back would be nice as well.

THANK YOU. Good God. Skyward Sword was really annoying in that respect. If it was just on tutorials I wouldn't be mad, but Fi popped out so many times to explain things that the player could experiment and figure out in a second or things that downright didn't need to be explained.

To me it's Palutena. I'm still so happy she's a newcomer. I know the pic with the iconic characters is more significant, but to be honest, I haven't felt anything about Pac-Man for quite a while. I still like that he's in, don't get me wrong.

Yeah, what happens to Palutena? I'm thinking she'll have a "default" moveset for non-friends online play. I understand Miis not being allowed, but Palutena would be a bit weird.

Wish they released the physical copy here too, but hey. I'm still glad I even get to play the first one on Wii U. And for free.

I know I'm being greedy, but... wouldn't it be awesome if it the remake was for the Wii U instead of the 3DS? I think so at least. It's not gonna happen, but the thought of going back to a remade, HD Termina in a big-ass screen gives me the chills.

If they expand the concept way beyond the levels seen on 3D World, which seems to be what they're doing, it would be a great puzzle game.

My main problem with MS and Sony making annoucements is that the big majority of their game trailers don't have... you know, gameplay. I really, really hate this trend.

But still, all three have exciting games in tow.

Loved it loved it loved it. I hope the Treehouse becomes a E3 staple, it was a great idea, gives you a lot of insight on the games. Kind of surprising that Nintendo was the first one of the big three to do something like that. The games were great, the Super Smash Bros. Invitational was epic. I was really satisfied.

The price of stuff here in Brazil is ridiculously inflated, so I might not get many of these. Sucks.

Actually, all Marvel Studios' movies share a timeline. But still, I like that Warriors is a standalone spin off, so they can just include more things and characters from all the games. Was super happy to see Midna and Wolf Link.

As a Kid Icarus Uprising fanboy, I couldn't be happier with this. OK, I could, maybe Hades could've cracked a one-liner in there, but still, so awesome. So glad the original voice actors are back.

I want more tracks and battle arenas, but the Double Dash battle modes and new characters are pretty cool. Hope it's real.

For me, the Mushroom Kingdom U. I'm glad it's not a auto-scroll stage. I usually love the ideas of these stages (Mushroomy Kingdom on Brawl looks incredible and has great music) but the auto-scrool kills them for me. I hope there's that stage with the painting-like background, it was one of the few really memorable stages from NSMBU for me. Don't kill me, I said "for me".

Whoa, Mega Sceptile is Dragon? That's awesome. I always loved Sceptile and now he gets to be a dragon and a Mega Evolution. Can't get any better than that.

Mega Swampert looks a bit odd to me, but kind of cool.

I liked NSMB2 more than U, because at least it tried to do something a little different. I just thought U was kind of bland.
