Oo T Banner

Grezzo should be a name familiar to plenty of Nintendo gamers — the Japanese developer had an important role in the Mii Plaza offering on 3DS, but is best known for producing the rather enjoyable The Legend of Zelda: Four Sword Anniversary Edition on DSiWare and the outstanding The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. It's the development of the latter that has fuelled repeated, and to date unsatisfied, rumours of a 3D remake for The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

To add some additional spice to the rumours that will never end — until they're confirmed, we assume — Grezzo currently has a job listing seeking a new Programmer and Planner. The rather attractive gold text at the top refers, translated, to an opportunity to create a 'Legend'; it should be noted that the main text does highlight the studio's history of creating both original games and remakes.

That history of Nintendo portable projects — Grezzo was also behind the Japan-only WiiWare title Line Attack Heroes — and two Zelda projects remakes cause a tingle of excitement. Even if the gold text and reference to a legend is merely Grezzo's human resources team having fun, however, it's pleasing to see the company recruiting and, hopefully, working on a project for Nintendo.

But yes, some in our team hope it's Majora's Mask 3D, too.

Thanks to Ryan Millar for the heads up.
