@DonkeyFantasy Sir I am a part of the "scientific community", I have a master's degree in biochemistry and work as a clinical lab scientist. I have done much of this research myself. I dont want to argue about this. Have a wonderful day.
@Polvasti I get you'd like to think it's scientific, but its not. Sure a linear graph would project that if the earth keeps heating up the way it currently is, earth would be uninhabitable in a few centuries. Truth is though, it won't, the earth goes through heating and cooling cycles. We are currently in a heating cycle. Eventually we will regress back to a cooling cycle.
But alas, this is a nintendo life comment board, not a youtube comment section. Have a wonderful day, sir.
@Anti-Matter and I think you're daft. mk8 is one of the best selling games EVER. Not my personal favorite mk, but certainly appealed to the masses. I'm gonna fire it up with my siblings this Thanksgiving though. Definitely not "bored."
Why not Superstars? It is objectively the better game, and has sold less than Super. As someone who hasn't bought Superstars yet I might've considered that but it's a hard pass now.
Also its becoming increasingly obvious that they're clearing stock for the next console.
The nostalgia is REAL. Back when I was like 10-12 years old, Mass Attack and Squeak Squad were the games me and my friend group at church would run into the hallway after service with our ds's and play until our parents dragged us home. Mass Attack was the first game I ever preordered. Not as good as Squeak Squad, but a great game nonetheless. So thank you, Nintendo Life, for reigniting that memory a little bit.
As for the box art brawl, gotta go with North America.
Hopefully the Mets got nerfed. In my Franchise mode they're playing like the team everyone thought they'd be, not the team they actually were. Have a fantastic day everybody.
@UltimateOtaku91 you're joking right? Half of what you listed is dlc, and the other half aren't very highly regarded games. Might be in the running for worst year for switch, certainly not best.
@MythTgr can't really see how the Metroid Prime trilogy is related to this, a remaster of the first game, by far the best one, was a huge treat. Don't see why they're obligated to remaster the other two now.
@Astral-Grain that isn't what I'm advocating at all. It really sucks that this guy had this inconvenience while playing totk. I would love it for the few disabled gamers if more studios took the custom button mapping approach to their games. And plenty do. What I'm saying is that just because Nintendo doesn't include custom button mapping in a lot of their games, they aren't a horrible company that should be crapped all over by a bunch of people in comments sections. They have their reasons.
@Uncle_Franklin what I'm saying is when you put it into perspective, even just with other annoyances and problems in the games industry, it isn't that significant. Complaining about it isn't really going to change anything, people who are disabled to where they can't use the proper button mapping make up a tiny, tiny minority of the actual sales of the game, therefore making investment geared towards catering to them not worth the profit to a company like Nintendo. They are a multi billion dollar corporation.
Tears of the Kingdom came at a perfect time for me. Last Sunday I was attacked by a guard dog and have been bedridden for the past week. I have been playing totk the whole time. Just rolled credits yesterday. So yeah I'm one of the few people that's beaten it lol
Frantically trying to finish my replay of Mario Odyssey before the 12th. I'm not gonna have time for much else, but if I can I'll try to play some of the No Man's Sky interceptor update. That's about it for me. Happy gaming, everyone!
Probably another example of a mobile game trailer that's absolutely nothing like the actual gameplay. I think I'll stick with totk, thank you very much.
Just a call out for the Americans, don't starve together is on sale for $1.99 on the eShop. Great game, well worth the full $15 but you gotta grab it right now if you haven't yet.
My favorite main quest is definitely freeing Vah Naboris. That divine beast was an amazing puzzle, which took me the better part of a week to figure out. My favorite overall quest, however, is from the ground up. You just can't beat that.

Never tried a Pikmin game before, but very happy for fans of the series that can own all the games on one console. Might pick this one up eventually.
