I'd like it to be essentially a more powerful Switch but with some additional gimmick that adds new ways to play games. So basically a Switch U. What could go wrong?
Nice that they're actually bothering to put it back once they've renewed the licence instead of just taking it down permanently like some publishers might do for 3DS games in 2021.
Agreed, it's one of my favourites and I didn't realise it wasn't universally beloved. But then I also don't understand why people hate the circus bit from the second game so I guess I'm just easily pleased.
@E_Gadds_Garage I'm hoping for that as well but it seems fairly unlikely because the original KOTOR is nearly 16GB on Switch, so they'd need to use a 32GB cartridge to get both games on, which almost never happens (The Witcher 3 is the only Switch game released on a 32GB cartridge outside of Japan that I know of).
Looks interesting. I'm fully in favour of all these experimental games Square Enix has announced recently, especially because they're more likely to come to Switch than the typical epic RPG fare.
This sounds good! I haven't bought The Lonely Assassins yet so it would be nice to have a physical release of both games together.
@nessisonett I wonder if she'll be back for the 60th. Although that will probably be literally the episode after she leaves so that would be a bit weird.
I don't remember even seeing a percentage on the map, but I'm only on about 80 out of 120 shrines so it wouldn't be very high anyway. I do intend to go back to it and finish all of those plus the side quests before the sequel comes out. Probably won't bother with the Korok seeds though, I'm not that crazy.
@Highlar It's a good game. The performance could have been better but it's perfectly playable, and in fact they released a patch just after I finished the game which might have improved it, I don't know how much though. But yeah I'd recommend it.
I've never heard of it so I'd be surprised if that number was accurate. I guess making up sales figures would get people talking about the game at least.
I think any song would drive me insane if I listened to it for more than half an hour, let alone ten. If I had to choose I'd say something from Xenoblade, maybe the title theme or Colony 9 theme.
I'm going with Rowlet, it's the only one of these I've never used before and he's lovely (no idea why I didn't pick him in either of the Alola games I played).
I haven't actually read the article because of the spoiler warning and I might play these games one day, but I'm just here to throw some positivity into the void 👩❤️💋👩
Very interested in this but it's currently 25% off on Switch and yet it's still more expensive than on Steam and mobile. Presumably it's a short game so I might wait for a deeper discount.
Nice, I haven't played this series but I wondered if this would ever happen. THQ Nordic continues to be one of the best third-party publishers on the Switch.
I'm not that big on Sims but this sounds way better than the main games. I want to start buying more GBA games at some point so I might have to get this one.
Wii Sports Resort is one of the best games of all time so I'd love to revisit Wuhu Island on Switch. I don't want yet another port from Nintendo though; how about a brand new instalment that also brings back most or all of the sports from Resort? That would be the best of both worlds.
This one hasn't really grabbed me as much as Tetris 99 did, but I'm glad to see they're adding some free DLC now after it launched with so much paid stuff.
Er, I haven't bought any games released this year yet
I have played a bit of Knockout City and Pac-Man 99, but not enough to vote for them really. I'm sure I'll love The Great Ace Attorney once I play that, and I want to pick up New Pokémon Snap as well.
The only ones I've played are Ocarina 3D and Wind Waker HD, and in both of those cases I haven't played the originals, so I don't really know which is best. They're both banging games though, even if Ocarina's impact is lessened slightly by playing it for the first time in the 2010s rather than 1998.
I was about to make some kind of joke about people on this website deciding this article is overly progressive for using the word 'socialistic', but it turns out that joke would have been overshadowed by someone sincerely trying to claim that adults shouldn't play the bestselling game in the world. Satire is dead.
@Crono1973 Not necessarily, some games just slip under the radar. All three of these games got at least some good reviews according to Wikipedia. I'm not expecting them to be up there with Super Metroid and Chrono Trigger but it should be fun to try them out given that I'm already subscribed to NSO so I don't have to pay any extra for them.
@Sunsy Yeah, and they're ideal for a subscription service like this. I probably wouldn't buy a game on Virtual Console that I'd never heard of before unless it got really good reviews, but with Switch Online I can just try them out with no commitment. And it's nice for obscure games like these ones to be given a new lease of life, not just the classics that have already been re-released several times.
People are moaning about this as usual but I'm looking forward to trying out these games. Just because you've never heard of them doesn't mean they're terrible.
I don't think Fortnite even had music last time I played it, lol. There's so much random stuff in the game now I think I'd find it too overwhelming to redownload it at this point (unless they add Samus, then I would) but it's a fun game and I'm glad to see things like this in it.
Nintendo still needs to show us what this game offers that Splatoon 2 doesn't, to justify making a whole new game on the same console. As long as it has plenty of new content I'm excited for it. I'm hoping that wasteland they showed in the trailer is the setting for some kind of big new single player mode.
'Differences in game experience'? That's a interesting way of saying some of them won't work as well.
It's difficult to actually find Labo kits in stock these days, and I guess they won't be restocked now that there are two Switch models that they weren't designed for. It's a shame, Labo is a really cool concept.
At this point I can probably conclude this game is not for me, however tempting that Metacritic score is, but these diaries are an interesting glimpse of it.
I've never played Mass Effect but this sounds like it could have been good. I miss when Nintendo handhelds got exclusive games in major third-party franchises. There haven't been too many of those on the Switch other than Monster Hunter.
@msm2000 It's digital only in PAL regions but has a physical release in North America. If you're in the UK I've noticed 365games.co.uk has the American physical version up for pre-order for only a few pounds more than the game costs on the eShop. I haven't used that site before so can't vouch for it specifically but it looks reputable enough.

Re: Poll: N64 And Sega Genesis Nintendo Switch Online Games Launch Today - Which Will You Play First?
I'm not getting it yet but probably will in the future because I've never played Banjo-Kazooie before (or Ecco the Dolphin for that matter).
Re: Poll: As Sora Joins Smash Bros. Ultimate, How Much Of The DLC Roster Do You Own?
The only DLC fighter I have is Piranha Plant which I got for free, but I also bought the Sans costume. Worth it just for the Megalovania remix.

Re: Feature: Best WarioWare Microgames Ever
@nessisonett That Master Sword one is really funny when you play it at a higher level and Link turns into an old man.

That crunch when you shock someone by making a really good point in Ace Attorney.
