Those aren't always equivalent tradeoffs. Cutting the resolution to increase FPS only works if a game is limited by the GPU. Some games are limited by the CPU though, which means cutting the resolution has no impact on framerate at all.

They claim to already own the Wii U version. That's obviously a different story. The Bowser's Fury expansion itself probably won't be worth $60. But the whole package absolutely will, if you don't own 3D World.

Kinda pointless year for awards. The kinds of folk who run these things have such an overwhelming bias towards games like TLOU that it's just a foregone conclusion.

2 minutes probably is in-depth, given that it's an expansion for an already existing game. They won't need to explain everything, just how it's different, and how big it is.

It was probably both. You do legitimately get a lot of abuse online for doing or saying anything vaguely controversial. Death threats are basically guaranteed.
But at the same time, you can mostly just ignore it if you want to. People who choose not to are often, but not always, just trying to exploit the situation to increase their own reputation.

Wasn't this kinda rough on the base consoles already? My hopes aren't high that it'll be a good port. This feels like a game that needs to be on next-gen instead.

The UK is a different situation. It's mostly cheaper (it was wayyy cheaper when I went) and the student loans are very reasonably set up. The US is different. College is mostly a scam in the US, where the prices have been deliberately inflated by college bureacrats, and the loans don't have the same protections they do in the UK.

Lol unless you're doing a degree in Law, Medicine, or Science/Engineering, you're getting absolutely robbed with paying that much for college. Don't go, save the money.
