Wow they really wanna set this game up to fail

I saw Savage reign in an arcade once it had a interesting backgound foreground mechanic but other than that is didn't really stand out.

Would love to play it since I missed the whole Wii U console

I for sure would play both the online or the offline version the story and set up for X were pretty great the intro scenes come to mind.

Unless you are pirating the latest software for the switch then yea I would call you a no good meanie but an old ass snes rpg that never made it state side and was fan translated from a company that went defunct in the late nineties I would play and tell others to get bent if they whine to me about it.

Yea get to me when multiple famous manga artists draw her, until then I see her as nothing more than people trying to force a meme into being.

This game is sounding great I can't wait to play I loved Armored Core and by the looks of it I'll enjoy this game too.

considering most of these games would be lost to time if rom sites didnt exist, I doubt games like Earthbound would be the big cult hit if they never released the roms for the series.

Also some people even take time to translate games that never made it in the west like the superb Secret of Mana 2 or the unlimited saga series.

Anyway there are plenty of sites out there and they cant take em all down one goes down 2 more appear better offer a better service than the pirates if you wanna beat them, but sadly most just want their cake and eat it too.

Whenever I read the term thought provoking in games I think of forced morals with all the subtlety of a jackhammer.

Oh no won't someone please think of the children! they must only be allowed to kill people in the most gory fashion and similiar lewd content that is readily available on netflix and basic tv is a ok.

Not every RPG needs to be face to the wall Hard if people want that kind of experience they should really look elsewhere than Pokemon or have a difficulty setting.

I find it hilarious that this game needed to be made in the first place, Pokemon itself is not that hard to play and If I wanted a hardcore RPG experience I would look elsewhere because Pokemon isnt a hardcore RPG and should never be a hardcore experience, if you think Pokemon needs to be hardcore then I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist.

But if parents and children can enjoy this together I will not argue its existence and hope 2019 will come faster.

Seems like created scarcity to me to push the game, but that's ok I am having a blast playing this.
It makes no secret on where its inspiration lies, they set out on making a game they wanted and it payed off lets hope we can get another golden age of RPG's.

Hmm not a fan of extreme hand holding, its ok to teach people the types but to just flat out deny progress of the game until you catch X to beat Y seems a little excessive.

Going for a newer art style is one thing I mean like everyone said the robot masters and Megaman look like they should and with some good updated styles.

That being said however why show this at comic con or use the name Megaman at all if its not intended for older fans I mean I dont think little children attend Comic con, this is the Thundercats Roar fiasco all over again trying to cash in on an old IP and then having it blow up in your face when fans hate it, double points if the creator doubles down on twitter and ranting about toxicity of the fans.

Everthing about it was subjective of how great it was real or not.

The only thing I liked about it was the wallpaper bit the white background is kinda boring.

Unless the game is in no way obtainble then I say Pirate away, some japanese games never make it to the west if they wanna miss out on potential customers or new ones its their loss.

The art and design of the game is so nice and colourful but the combat was so dull it really takes away the experience felt like a worse version of the combat from the DS Crystal Chronicle games.

And the Town building aspects were not that great to either

Great game yet the Starman theme still sounds really weird.

After a while I got bored with BOTW made me not nearly as invested as New Vegas/Skyrim or the Witcher 3 sure Zelda may have the better game play but thats doesnt count for anything if your game world is boring as dirt and empty ,not to mention the horrible weapon breaking system.

Throw out the weapon durability and I am good.

Yeesh its gonna need a serious graphic update because 2005 called they want their DS game back.

Tough I was hoping for Danny Devito this one is alright they could done worse tough so we should be thankful they got some one who knows how to be funny and witty.

I will always consider the GameCube to be Nintendo's best console just as much as I love the Dream Cast.

Oddworld hasnt made games in a long time I would have liked to see him makes games instead of giving poorly thought out statements.

I would just suggest to pirate snes roms clearly Nintendo doesnt want your money and smart phones have nice emulators these days.

To me the Switch line up seems really weaksauce so I wont be buying one for a long time maybe I'll buy it during the holidays when we have more games and Mario hits the scene.

@Einherjar Maybe because Lara and Samus have a personality and have actual dialogue and thoughts were as Link has none of that but only goes from point A to point B and uses item X or helps person X to go to said Point it would be another story if he had a personailty but he just has a "iconic" look nothing more if Skyrim and the Like can do the same and Pokemon why is it such a leap of logic for LoZ it strikes me as nothing more than blind fanboyism and people afraid of change.

If its true that would be real progress,Link himself doesnt have a personality people are really insecure if they are bothered by this.
