I like the stark image of the Japanese cover, but the NA version helps convey more about what the actual game is about. European cover looks totally forgettable.

This isn't really that strict, just seems to be removing the ambiguity that exists around already commonly done things.

That cover art is painful to look at.

My wishlist for Switch ports: Breath of Fire III, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (I and II), Xenoblade Chronicles X, Metroid Trilogy. In that order.

@Friendly Breath of Fire and Breath of Fire II, from the SNES, are... but Breath of Fire III is not.

While the logo for the Japanese one is clearly better, I voted for the NA/Europe version based on stronger overall composition. Japanese one felt a little busier, and I liked how the NA/Europe version integrated the logo into the art.

@Antiriad2097 The 1995 Mortal Kombat film was #1 at the box office for its opening weekend with $23.2 million, and enjoyed a three-week stint at number one, grossing $70 million domestically, and earning $122 million worldwide. Pretty good vs a budget of $18 million. Meanwhile the latest game in the series has sold over 8 million copies.

The live-action Mulan and Artemis Fowl were both garbage though, makes sense to shovel them into the streaming service and pretend they're adding value.

I think the cheerier border around the European version is at odds with black-eyed Robotnic.

I don't think it's "underdone" so much as adding features over time to keep people interested. Adding it through patches means that people that set different dates on their switch won't enjoy things before everyone else too.

The title "Wii Hacker Dismisses Recent Nintendo Leak As "Complete Nonsense" is extremely misleading. He isn't dismissing the leak itself as nonsense, he clearly accepts it is a real leak... but rather he's saying the claims about it being some incredible game changer are nonsense.

My joycons get regular firmware updates, but I've never been able to update my pro controller. At least not that I can recall, I've had it since the Switch launched.

Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo Da Vinci actually depicts a ferret with a white coat. The fake here shows a ferret with another common coloration.

Lots of people aren't aware that most artwork from centuries past had no names, the names were given by museum curators or art dealers much later. Those guys aren't exactly zoologists.

Europe's cover art is just a crappier version of the Japanese one that marketing people got ahold of. I'm voting for the NA version just because it's the more visually interesting to me, in terms of composition.

I'll definitely be playing Breath of Fire II again. And here's hoping for a switch port of the PSP release of Breath of Fire III!

Finally! Been waiting for Adam Hunter to return since I played them on my Sega Genesis!

I really hope the Breath of Fire love is heralding a port of Breath of Fire III.

@PaperLucario Not sure about "the foreseeable future" part... all his claims were dismissed and he was ordered to pay the legal fees of everyone he tried to bring to court.

I never noticed Waluigi had pointed ears till I saw just the silhouette like that. For a second there I thought it was going to be Waluigi dressed as one of Santa's elfs.

Garou: Mark of the Wolves is an under-rated classic of the fighting genre. Fantastic sprite-work, intuitive controls, fun characters... I'd definitely recommend it at that price.

It's funny how many comments going on about how he must be a millionaire when the video specifically talks about he's very much not, and explains why he doesn't see any more money from Sonic Mania than he was paid during its development.

It wouldn't matter if it sold a thousand copies or 10 million copies, he made the same amount of money either way.
