Re: UK Charts: Animal Crossing: New Horizons Sales Fall By 81% In Disappointing Week For Nintendo

Alpha-2002

Yeah, um, there's a god damn PANDEMIC. People can't even go out and play sports anymore (at least where I live)... and I'm sorry, but Animal Crossing ain't "essential" like food and medicine are.

Note to Nintendo: This is the entire point of digital sales. Hopefully, the eShop will be transformed into something that isn't a complete dumpster fire by the tike this all blows over.

Until then, relax and have a pint. This too shall pass...

@Doofenshmirtz Doof, be nice! Just because Agent P's hung up his hat doesn't give you carte blanche to be a jerk, alright?

@Anti-Matter I admire ypur positivity, but we're gonna have to disagree here. This is literal crap that never should've been allowed on the storefront. Good God, the eShop is becoming Steam 2.0 at this rate...

Re: Sega's 'Sonic Station Live!' Broadcast Starts Next Week On 20th February

Welp, there went that Direct date.

Anyway, temper your expectations for this. As it's centered around Japan, I don't think it'll be much more than JP-exclusive merch and maybe a movie plug.

Actual substantial Western reveals are usually saved for SXSW and/or someone's E3 presser. (A Nintendo Direct is another likely venue.) I'd love to be proven wrong... but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

Re: Sony Is Asking PS4 Owners If They Want Remote Play On The Nintendo Switch

Alpha-2002

No. No no no no no.

Think bigger, Sony. The world's waiting for a true Switch competitor... something that forces Nintendo to innovate, answer consumer complaints, and even create a more powerful, more reliable second model.

Only one corporation could do this in the past... and unless the Surface Duo has a physical cartridge system, only one can ever do it again.

Sony, if you're reading this: Build the Vita successor. It's time.
