@Rayquaza2510 That would also depend on the Mobile markets cut of the profits vs Nintendo's as well.

When you are selling to a couple of billion people you need a cheap price to get the sales. When you are selling to a few million the price will be more because they want to maximize their profits. That is just smart business.

Being a smart consumer is just knowing your entry point for the content it provides.

My lady just got this for me for my Birthday. The demo is great and I am really looking forward to the game as a whole.

@Woosh193 I would also add to the advice pool that it is still an RPG. You can grind souls to level up and gear up. It's easy to overlook those core mechanics in the overwhelming world.

@rjejr I am not the biggest fan of a ratings system. They are there for uniformed parents. Being a gamer, I am sure you are more than capable of deciding if your kids can handle it.

@DrJiggle Same here( Having 3 Switch's in the household). Tested out the game sharing as well. I'll probably buy it on my Switch and let my kiddos game share off of it because they will have a steady online connection more than I will.

I am super excited that Final Fantasy X and XII are coming to Switch. Demon X Macina looks amazing. Munchkin took be by surprise.

I am excited for some portable Diablo 3!

@JaxonH Its not for a lack of wanting. I just hate falling into that buy everything massive backlog trap. Especially when I know a game like MHGU will keep me busy.

I always though Nintendo of America was in New York. I was just in Seattle earlier this year too =(.

@Camilla I do to some extent. It's just when there is a heavy emphasis on story I can loose track of things. It still a great suggestion!

This is a game I really want but I doubt I will be torn away from MHGU anytime soon. It's going to be a rough fall/winter with wanting games and resisting the urge to buy them.

I know I am bias to GU because its portable. Keeping up with kids and my house leaves little time for home console gaming for me. I just happen to be blessed with a job where I do a task, have some down time and then move on to my next task. I have been doing this for 20 years now so the Switch is a perfect fit for me.

So it's very hard for me to completely enjoy Word mainly because of lack of time with it.

@JaxonH The inherent problem being that one person can just give their opinion while five others try to tell them why their opinion is wrong =(

@Trajan I guess I just prefer to believe that Glen's opinion is really his own. Now, I am not saying that the editors didnt ask for an article from someone who does prefer GU to World because it is a Nintendo site. That's more within the realm of possibilities for me.

@Axlroselm The explanation would have better credibility if you didnt start by insulting the author and stuck to criticizing the Switch. If you want to be unbiased about the Switch, be just that. It's when you start talking about people as of you know them and how they feel that people just dismiss you comment as the antithesis.

Grinding away on Salt and Sanctuary. Going to try a mage build after this run.

I am enjoying the heck out of this game. Played it on PS4, Vita and now the Switch. It's a great 2D Souls game to keep me busy until Dark Souls Remastered gets released.

This is just a whole lot of meh for me.

This is the best 2D Darksouls games I have played. Its packed full of lore that has to be uncovered. I wouldn't pass on the game based off the number.
