Wow these are all pretty damn cool. My favorite is the DKC one and Shovel Knight. I wonder if they will make it to where you can buy prints of these online. These would look great on my wall.
I generally try to avoid it and have only picked up one (Terrinigma?) since it was a European game only. Considering the price differences, I've considered picking up Harvest Moon on the SNES and a couple other SNES titles so that I can finish my physical collection on the SNES.
All of them sound solid but Viviette is the only one making it to my wishlist as I have a physical and digital stack of games to play (and I just got a PS4 with 10 games).
My intentions were to play God of War and Gris but with my son having his friends over I was only able to use my Switch. Instead of starting Gris I ended up playing Mulaka more and then I got hooked on it. I ended up putting in about 9 hours into the game and finishing it on Sunday morning. Other than that, I started up Smash a little and played a little of Membrane (only .99 on the NA eshop right now).
Got this on PC and would recommend to anyone that likes good stories and doesn't mind light gameplay. I won't double dip though as I think it's a one time experience.
I'm not surprised as most Best Buys in my area and other retailers have stacks of these. At this point most people that wanted one has one and this isn't something that is going to appeal to newer fans. I hope this means the SNES games will be coming along soon.
One of the few big 3rd party games I haven't picked up but that was mostly because of timing of release. If it would have kept it's original release window I had plenty of time to dedicate to it but now I'm buried so it will have to wait. With that being said, by all accounts this is a good port and I'm glad to see some solid 3rd party developers step up their game. It makes getting more games easier to get ported since you have this studio and Panic Button able to make good port for the system as they are understanding the hardware.
Well Nintendo just released a statement saying they just beat the sales of the Wii over the 5 day holiday period so I would say the analysts are probably going to be wrong.
Not a bad list but Grandia 2, Sword of the Berserk, and Record of Lodoss War were some favorites of mine. Grandia 2 is coming to Switch so I can see the omission.
Pretty weak deal unless you go to Gamestop Like Spoony_Tech mentioned. The console is selling a lot though so there's no reason to discount a lot or throw in a ton of stuff.
Good idea on the feature as the Eshop is overwhelming. As of now I'm in full retail releases mode since there are so many solid titles out now there. Of course it's way more expensive that way.
I would love a Conker's Spiritual sequel, awesome game that was a great send off for the 64. I really would like to play the remaster of it though I heard mixed results.
As far as Rusty is concerned I watched a trailer and really have no idea what was happening. I probably will have to look at some gameplay videos to make a call on it. I'm intrigued though to say the least.
I want to get this game but as of now I have too many games that are time sinks. I'll put it on the ol wishlist and hope I can get to it at some point.
I'm not much for the Shmup genre but I went ahead and backed it for the classic arcade titles like Donkey Kong. I'll probably get Ikaruga at that time too since that was one of the few shmup's I liked.
I know I'll be one of the few but I've been fine with the NES games for now since I've had plenty of new games to play. I have been able to play a couple of games that I've wanted to play such as Solomon's Key and Adventures of Lolo (next month). I would want the service to expand but I'm fine with NES for the next few months.
That's cool to see them do that. I need to go back to this game, I quit a little after the "surprise" turn to a Metroidvania as that really didn't do much for me. Actually it turned me off the game. Loved the first half though.
Well that is certainly unexpected, I was thinking this was going to be a 5 or 6. I suppose that means it goes on the wishlist for now instead of being ignored.
I'll be jumping between Diablo III and Night Slashers myself. Diablo III has been so chill to play so far while having something going on the TV like the NFL.
I have it digitally so I'm in no hurry. Once Super Rare or LRG gets ahold of them, I'll double dip. This is a game I want to have to replay in 20 years.
Very nice, I don't have a tablet so I use the Switch (Hulu app) while cooking or do other things. I don't use Youtube as much but I would probably still use it to watch NVC or other clips
I've been watching this and I'm glad to hear that it was funded. I've been holding out since I have several Kick Starters I've backed in the works and I'm not sure if I want to back digital or go up to a physical backer. Either way, the game looks really good.
I have it pre-ordered as there is quite the bang for your buck here. I'm not too worried about the hiccups that occur throw emulation, I did live through the NES era afterall. Otherwise, I wouldn't know any better anyways.
I'm in the same boat. I already have these games in various collections and the originals but they have to go and improve the game instead of a lazy port.
Wow this would be amazing for the game itself and it really would open up the possibility of some of these licensed games from the past getting new life.

Re: Review: Donut County - A Sweet Little Puzzler In Need Of Extra Filling
Glad I hadn't purchased it yet, that's a little steep for 2 hours of game.
Re: Check Out The Celeste Collector's Edition, Pre-Orders Begin Next Tuesday
I'll be picking this up as it is a game I might go back to a various times. I'll be getting Iconoclasts as well.
Re: Review: Battle Princess Madelyn - An Aimless Adventure Redeemed By Its Fantastic Arcade Mode
I see it compared to Ghouls 'N' Ghosts, does that include the difficulty? If it's like the same difficulty as that I'll pass completely.
Looks like a wishlist game for me right now.
Re: Nindie Round Up: GensokyoDefenders, Starman, OkunoKA, Conduct Together! and Viviette
All of them sound solid but Viviette is the only one making it to my wishlist as I have a physical and digital stack of games to play (and I just got a PS4 with 10 games).

Re: Uncanny Valley Will Bring Story-Driven Horror To Switch On Christmas Day With 50% Off At Launch
Well I guess I'll be there day one, the eshop sales are burying me.

Re: Review: Gris - A Deeply Affecting Piece Of Interactive Art That Is Utterly Essential, Despite Its Brevity
Man sounds like an experience more than anything as the gameplay is light. I'm fine with that though.

Art style is beautiful. This will probably be my last game of the year that I buy day one, gotta try it.
Re: Deals: There's Really Never Been A Better Time To Buy Starlink On Switch
I picked it up at launch and haven't even touched it. I really need to quit buying games day one unless I'm going to play them right then and there.
Re: Nindie Round up: Demetrios, Storm Boy, Soap Dodgem, I am the Hero And Screencheat: Unplugged
None for me. I feel sorry for anyone that buys Storm Boy if it's something that is an hour experience at most.

Looks great and I will be pick it up at some time next year.

I'll be picking this up for sure, easier than breaking out my other systems.
Re: Nindie Round Up: Party Hard, Dexteritrip, Kuso, Waku Waku Sweets And Akihabara: Feel the Rhythm Remixed
Sounds like some decent titles that I'll have to be on the lookout for when I get time.
