Unfortunately most people can only play one 3DS at a time.
Unfortunately if you bought the 3ds, the xL , and New 3ds you can have your Downloads only on one system. So essentially you have paid 600$ for your 3ds but can only use one. I have no sympathy for poor lil Nintendo as they are just as guilty of thievery .
I bought DKC trilogy SNES for Wii VC. My system became corrupt and I had to redownload everything. Guess what? These games were removed from Wii Shop. So Nintendo has 24$ from me and I have nothing for it. For the people asking for harsh punishments for the heinous act of playing a rom, I dare you to live a little. Maybe do something CRAZY like rip off the tag from your mattress.

The age of homebrew 3ds begins with the New 3ds. Many will upgrade (for the second time) leaving a barely obsolete 3ds just lying around waiting to be tinkered with. Can't say Nintendo doesn't deserve it.

I worry about some of you people calling people disgusting and despicable for selling something that belongs to them. Sad and pathetic viewpoints, seek help please.

The New 3ds makes the original 3ds and 3ds xL feel like unfinished prototypes.

Yuck. Not much to look forward to on this list besides Majoras Mask. The Big N will need a few surprises to convince me to upgrade to the New 3ds.

Rip off cash in game. Not very fun. Remix 1 was released quickly during the Wii U game drought and it shows in its presentation. Remix 2 was released almost unannounced not long after 1st. The "mashups" aren't very fun. This release is an example of bleeding the turnip. If you are undecided, I would recommend the physical copy so that you can get trade in value for it. That would help with the buyers remorse.

@KeeperBvK I agree. 9 is a great score. If I could only have one (I have both) Smash game I would get the U version. More robust and that delicious HD. Can't hang your hat too much on the final scores because no one agrees that Night Sky is better than Smash (unless they're lying).

I think the U version is better than the 3ds version yet they received the same score here.

Is it just me or is MewTwo heavily sexualized in this design. I'm not sure if this creature is male or female but based on the chest it's obvious Nintendo is attempting to arouse me. It's quite apparent to me that Nintendo is directing pre-sexualized subliminal messages to my crotch. I could stop staring at this magnificent creature but why would I want to? Thank you Nintendo.

I stopped reading after I saw "papa roach".

The demo was a good move and I hope this teaches Nintendo they need more demos.
I was not planning on purchasing smash on 3ds because I thought the screen would be to small to keep up on the action. I was wrong, very comfortable on the eyes.
Also, as always, the game looks MUCH better on screen than in screenshots.

Any VC game not released on Wii has my support, regardless of console.

Obviously this means Kings Quest and Galaxy Wars are confirmed for Nintendo systems. Great!

I hoped Nintendo would release new courses via dlc but didn't expect them to. Thumbs up. To the complainers, mario kart 8 was released with just as much content if not more than previous installments so quit whining about it already.

The problem with VC is clearly obvious. While reevaluating the prices would be beneficial from a company standpoint, the real problem is the staleness of the product.
Look at these numbers;
If we exclude the 15 GBA games, %98 of Wii U VC games were already released on Wii and only %21 of Wii VC games have been released on Wii U. Unreleased games and unreleased consoles would really give the service life again.

@SethNintendo Like I said, this fundraiser has blown away past fundraisers. So if something "stupid" raises more money then I say be stupid.

@WiiLovePeace No. Mullets,planking, and trucker hats are dumb trends. This is a great trend that has blown away past fundraisers for ALS (currently around $24M). Is it that much to ask to not be cynical of a trend that is currently helping so many people in need????
