I would love to see a new Advance Wars after FE three houses. Or at least collections of older FE and AW games.

@0muros ? I said nothing about money. But why should you buy the game if you played it more than enough on your wii u. Sure it is a great game, but many people would rather play something new.

Yoshi, Fire Emblem, Luigi and Dragon Quest Builders for me. Pokemon is maybe.

From a first party point of view, I'm much more excited for the switch than last year.

One reason might be the delays, if yoshi and fire Emblem would have released january/February, Nintendo would have had an easier time achieving that goal. Now we have a lackluster q1.

@Dringo The problem was not that they ruled out the switch. The problem was how they did it.

Thanks to their behavior, this studio is on my personal blacklist.

I hope they can at least reuse parts of the game, like assets etc. But while this news sucks, I'm now way more excited for the game.

Personally, I have less problems with Nintendo offering than ps plus, since I'm paying more for sony, but I'm using NSO more. Still, Nintendo should really speed up its classic game releases.

@KryptoniteKrunch well if you look at Sony's last decisions you indeed get the impression that japan does not matter to them.

While I had more fun with xb2 due to my preferences. P5 is objectively superior in every way and a port to the switch would be a good thing.

Physically if available. The exceptions are games which I tend to play in small bursts. E. G. Smash, mario kart, etc.

I will not double dip since I think this was the weakest title of the " new" series. Still a good game, but the other titles were better, imo.

@NEStalgia well you could argue that pyra does not see the problem with her costume. After all, she is rather naive and if I remember correctly she has not spend much time with humans ( i did not play Torna yet). But still a more tame costume would fit her personality better.

@Frendo for now, I don't think that'll happen. While the switch is a success, it is still way less successful then the wii or original ds. Sony on the other hand ...

I loved Diablo 1 and 2,but I never tried 3 due to some decisions that they made for 3.

Since they corrected some of the problems, I will probably try this version when it is on sale.

I love the atelier series and I will surely buy the next installments, (preferably on my switch), but I would have preferred if they waited longer for the next main entry. I liked lydie and suelle, but it felt rushed sometimes. The remakes and Nelke would have been a perfect time for that.

@ilikeike orochi numbers are still a bad surprise. They launched on the same day, are feature complete and thanks to Fire Emblem warriors and Hyrule Warriors, musou games have a fan base on Nintendo systems.

@VmprHntrD I do not see running out of nes games as a problem. People who are fine with the service already have a subscription or will buy it in the near future. However, if they want new people to buy the subscription they have to up their game e. G. By adding snes games. And at least for me, 3 snes games > 10 nes games.

I greatly enjoyed XC2. Even more than XC1 and way more than XCX. Currently I have no time for Torna, but I will surely revisit it later.

While I would have preferred a switch version. I'm still glad since I have not played sotn and I do not want to play it on my Vita.

Unfortunately many PS 1 games have not aged very well due to being early 3d games( the same would be true for n64) . But I still like these mini consoles.

Xbox did introduce online gaming to consoles? Sorry, that is wrong, segas dream cast was earlier. Regardless, I see your points but I do not agree that they had a big impact. If free online would be important, Nintendo would have sold more Wii U's. Most people who play online regularly will buy the subscription service, no questions asked. But we will see soon enough. I would not be mad if I'm wrong here, but I highly doubt it.

@Old-Red it did not happen with Xbox gold, it did not happen with psn plus. So I highly doubt that it will happen with Nintendo, especially since it is the cheapest if the three.

I'm a little sad that the CPU Candidates seems to be missing from that game.

@Highlar They have ported most to pc by now. But otherwise you are correct, those games were PlayStation exclusive.

I would have preferred if it was not an rpg. Since this game is a spinoff,they could have done a different genre.

@G-Boy well I can easier imagine Mario killing hundreds of Goomba then tingle slaying Ganon, but the latter is a thing in Hyrule Warriors.

While I like the game, Pirates curse was better.

Well, I'm not too bothered by it. We already have plenty of retro games on the switch. And more are coming like the Megaman collections. But I also think that it is a mistake. This will just encourage more people to hack their switch and run emulators on it.

I'm wondering why some of you are surprised. The same was true for some 3ds title ( aka Pokémon ).

I just hope that the software developers have to manually disable that feature. That would mean that most games will support cloud save.
