My favourite game series so for me I'll be counting the days to release

Super stocked . It shure looks very promissing and I like the art direction.
Owned SoR1 and played a ton with my brother finishing it on all difficulty levels several times. Borrowed SoR2 and 3 which were a huge step up.
Just which they include Shiva like SoR3 where he was a secret playable character.

What about the language of the games? English? Japanese? Korean? Chinese?
Haven't found any info on this...

Shining Force II? No brainer: this is by far the best version of the MD Mini
6 button controller + Shining Force 2 + huge 16 bit lettering + Purple coloring... this cannot simply be matched!

Amazing game and my very favorite game on Dreamcast. I for one would love a port but clearly it’s not happening given the reception at the time :/

Didn't you perform a goods change when you bought the game on Wii U? Wasn't it clear what you bought and how much you payed for it?

This has nothing to do with punishment. No one is punishing you or forcing you into buying anything. Nintendo runs a business and given the state of Wii U they've most likely concluded it wasn't financially viable to have a version of the content out on WiiU

Loved it. Recommend. More of an experience and story than an actual game but definitely worth getting.

This just reminds me how much I loved the Dreamcast... probably my favorite console ever and I've played lots on them for the past 30 years.

Cool of Nintendo to do this. This is meant for all don't want to risk 50€ to try and see if they like Pokemons game. They have nothing to loose and I'm sure it will add more to the sale numbers. It's a shame that the save data won't be transferring to the final game.

Loved ToeJam & Earl back in the day. Having said that almost 25 years later dunno if I'd still enjoy the game... maybe I'll just fire an emulator for 10 minutes and if I'm still in the groove (pun intended)... if so I'm all in - not just for collector's editions as I prefer the bare-bones physical editions.

Somethings are better left in the past...

@LUIGITORNADO Yup, first party ports from Wii U sell well and are low hanging fruits. Tropical Freeze, Captain Toad, Pokken, Hyrule Warriors, MK8... hopefully they'll port Windwaker and 3D World. Fingers crossed.

@Spoony_Tech Maybe that' it but quite odd nevertheless. I mean it's a JRPG and huge time-sinks benefit from playing on the go.

@Malanta7 Chart rating doesn't pain the entire picture, context is important mentioning just ahead when the difference is almost twice the number of copies sold is IMHO misleading.

The hardware side of things is crazy.. 75% of the market is Switch!

Oh please... 41k vs 26k copies, that's not just ahead. There's no shame admitting that PS4 version sold much better.

@JRJalapeno I feel you. The game also doesn't click with me so after 10 hours I placed it aside. First time playing Smash also.

This is exactly what my thoughts have always been on the subject: Lite (same specs as current revision but handheld only thus cheaper), Standard Switch (will be in the market for 6-12 months until being completely phased out) and Pro (similar in to current revision but with higher specs). Games would work for all Switch models (unified development) much like PS4 and PS4Pro.
This is the only way to prevent people from viewing Switch in a lesser light: handhelds are associated with poor specs, kids, not hardcore (not my view but that's what most think), waterdown games, etc.
Switch sells because it caters to both "Home console" buyers AND "handheld" users. Lite and Pro can co-exist and keep the console reaching a much bigger market.

Well if they come... I'm all in. Ports of good games are always welcome here.

@Nintendofan83 Which version did you pre-order? I simply want a physical release and have no interest in collector's edition however I see that there's 4 versions at Amazon japan: 2 collector's box, a normal version and a limited edition with Amazon Edition :/

So much potential... I hope that they go well outside of the Mushroom Kingdom though. Go the Mario Kart or even better go the Smash Bros route.

The LEGO figure is just lovely. And gotta say this: M+R is a must have, amazing stuff really. I've already spent 60h 100%'ing the main game and now I'm moving along the DK DLC. Can't recommend it enough.

@Haywired Original retro consoles successful? No. Did the market have potential? Yes. Nintendo packaged everything right: IPs, nostalgia peeks, fanbase, attention to details, etc in a way that no-one had done in the past. And it this that Sony is copying: there's copy Nintendo's vision and Nintendo's execution. Heck even the hand holding the Mini picture is copied!

@Haywired Lol. You ok there? SEGA, Atari, Commodore, etc had put out inferior unpolished products with 0 traction. Nintendo classic mini took off and that's why Clony is copying as they don't want to leave money on the table.
Sure there were smartphones, tablets and PDA before the iPhone and iPad, but when Apple managed to come up with a polished product.. that's when the market took off. Similar thing here.
