21/21, but Dragon Warrior III was a close call…

Funny, I tried it out a few weeks ago and I think the connection was better with switch 2. That was a real problem before.

My thoughts:
1. I love seeing Yakuza on Nintendo platforms.
Although
2. I have played 0-3 already... But with this pace, I might get Yakuza 4 also next year. Now - do I wait or do I play it now? I mean, I bought it already on Xbox, but that means hogging the TV...
3. Some of the main protagonists, esp. the members of the Ryudo family (ANIKI!!), seem to look rather bland compared to the existing versions.

As this game is about discovering a game system you didn't have in its peak, it would profit immensely from an emulator mode. Because that's the way a lot of people discovered NES games for example. Give me rewind and save points! Or even hacks. Ok, that would be too much effort. And to please the hardcore crowd: give out achievements only for playing not in emulator mode. There: everyone is happy. Or at least me. That is what counts!

@Markatron84 oh believe me, I Feel you. Ice Climber was my pack in game! Although I got SMB 1 at the same time.
Anyways , I would play Ice Climber 99 ☺☺

@AaronElWhite then maybe try Alba. It’s more like Lil Gator in that it does not have more of a skill based mechanic like short hike and Mika. Just a short relaxing game I actually had time to finish.

I bought it a few Days ago and I do not regret it! I think you would enjoy it too.

@larrythumbs there is a fan translation that’s easily applied and playable on emulators or on an Analogue Pocket.
Although the experience does not match Tim Roger’s analysis, imo. But I spent some hours with the game.

I never loved OoT as much as TLoZ. But I wish for all of you stupid Dungeon Lovers that Nintendo does for you what they did for me with BotW and TotK 😜

This reminds me of I made a game with zombies in it. Which is not a bad thing!

Mine was Normality, kind of a first person point and click adventure in a Doom like engine from the nineties. I played only an hour or so but it was a game very different from the rest.

Who put in the cartridge back to front? Normally one would see the ridges!
Also, there is an earlier European version that is square.
Anyways, I voted western style for the box art, but I also love Zelda 1 artwork and would love to see a modern game in that style.

One of the times the German VO is so much better. I don't like whiny Zelda as well.

sigh! There will never be a better time for 8bit platformer alikes than on new 3ds. These looks with a 3d back drop made for such a nice graphical style. But this one looks nice. The swinging the bat at the right time seems like a well implemented and fun mechanic.

@Sisilly_G sadly there is no Cross save between PC and the other consoles.

Oh, how I would love them to add cross save with the Xbox version. I would even buy it again on PC, if that were necessary…
