@darkswabber Disney is a HUGE partner to them. All starting with the Wreck it Ralph 2 promotion, then its just series after series getting into the game.

I don't know how much of this I believe. Just recently Nintendo recommended that Wonderful 101 to be multiplatform so that the game would have a far higher chance of succeeding this time around. Despite the fact that it was a WiiU exclusive. And we can't forget that the 2010 remake was multiplatform as well. Not just getting ported to the 360, but the PS3 as well. Someone, somewhere, is definitley to blame. But given how confusing the properties rights are, we may never know.

I have a theory a to what happened. With their initial plan to release 1 pokemon game per year, they had planned to give everyone the long awaited Diamond and Pearl remakes, but in the style of Lets Go Pikachu and Eevee. This would be easy to do as they could easily reuse a ton of code and assets from those titles.

However, they could have easily reflected on the massive fan backlash of Sword and Shield. (As well as the negative criticism of the Lets Go titles) and as such, they decided to scrap and restart the remakes development. But wanting to avoid another Sword and Shield situation, they decided to restrict the artstyle from fully 3D to something along the lines of Lets Go. Simple, cute, and possibly they could still reuse a ton of assets to save time. Visuals asside, it will most likely keep the games traditional gameplay as a way to appease fans. Though, like Omega Ruby and Alpha Saphire, they could still possibly add in gameplay features from other pokemon titles. Possibly bringing back Dynamax. This is all just a theory.

This is fine while we wait for Pikmin 4. A game that is slowly turning into a Mario 128 situation. Miyamoto swore we'd get that Mario 64 sequel, just like he told us Pikmin 4 was nearing completion.....back in 2017. (And no he wasn't refering to Hey Pikmin on the 3ds. Miyamoto had another interview months after the games release stating Pikmin 4 was moving up Nintendos list of priorities)

@Dragwhite Sakurai could have used those songs, but as he stated they just didn't fit Smash. This is actually an issue thats brought back from Banjos inclusion in Smash. Sakurai felt much of the Banjo library didn't fit Smash, so only a select few songs made it in. Obviously he could have commissioned some epic remixs of the original music, but it just seemed more fitting to remix the more epic soundtracks from the side games. If music was a rights issue, we'd get a repeat of Cloud Strifes soundtracks...just 2.

@Richnj Oh its bad with Disney Characters, and Disney is WELL aware of it. Infact, there is an amazing story about Kim Possibles creator. When he pitched the show to Disney, he said that a few people at Disney sat him down in a room and pulled up a ton of Disney porn from the internet. They told him before the show was going to be made, this would 100% happen to his show. And lord knows it did, Kim Possible might be one of the worst offense of Disney Hentai given its sheer volume of fan material.

@nessisonett This game doesn't show a very progressive character for peach. But there is this really sweet doujin (Hentai Comic) that I often go back to read. The plot revolves around a Guy and his childhood friend. As kids they are inseparable, but as they grew up the guy grew further away from her. The girl assumes its because he started getting interested in dumb pretty girls, when she focused on working out and reaching her athletic goals. One day she runs into him walking home from school, it starts pouring rain so he offers to let her stay at his place until the rain lets up. While he goes to make some tea, she notices he has magazines sticking out of the couch cushion. She snoops to see just what kind of pervy stuff he's into, but finds out that she was wrong. He was extremely attracted to muscular, athletic women. Let's just say he wasn't too happy with her snooping through his stuff, but after a really nervous conversation, they both let out their feelings. As it turns out he loved her, but as they grew older he began to develop feelings for her he could not express. Since she was always focused on sports, he didn't want to waste her time and just tried keeping his distance. Knowing that without him taking up her time she would become an amazing athlete. He valued her life goals, he knew how important they were to her, he wanted her to keep going so he tried keeping his distance for her to accomplish those goals. It's such a beautiful moment expressed in such a real moment of 2 people sitting next to each other in a quiet room. And that is just one of the hundreds of hentai comics like that.

@Ghostchip Actually yes, many have. Perhaps you aren't as well aquinted with the internet, many many have shared such stories of their youth. Infact, a majority of hentai artists today have honed their art skills purely because they loved hentai art as kids. And that passion helped them developed actual carrers in art. So not only have many had these experinces at that age, but its had a very positive impact on many. Who now create their own hentai art for those whoo seek it to enjoy.

If you don't have a love for the old days of the internet, then this game isn't for you. But those who remember those very clunky days fondly will love this. Peachs Untold Tale is essentially the Smash Brothers Ultimate of Playshape games. For starters its a full fledged game with around 10 worlds, 5 different characters, and tons of customizable outfits. Not to mention a TON of features for adjusting gameplay, game mechaniques, and difficulty. What started out as a very small 1 level fan tribute, has turned into something amazing. And while there are undeniably better hentai games out there, I myself could name several off the top of my head, Peachs Untold Tale remains a perfect tribute to the games of old.

@nessisonett the reason for the games artstyle is due to it being a fan tribute of a much older mario hentai game. The original game that started all this was Mario Is Missing, created by Playshapes. Playshapes is responsible for a ton of old mario hentai games, which is made up of a crew initself. But during the development of Bowsers Buggy Castle, the crew ended up disbanding due arguments. The creator of Peachs Untold Tale loved those hentai games, its odd to say those were his childhood in the early internet days. So he spent years making a fan tribute in the style of those games. Its not due to a lack of talent, he just has nostalgia for its esthetic.

@eaglebob345 Actually no, every asset in the game is fan made. The creator even commisions many of the outfits and enemie assets from outside artists. But every asset in the game is fanmade, they only share similar designs to the Mario series.

@nessisonett Actually you can beat the entire game without having sex at all. Its called the virgin run, where you must manage to get past and defeat all the enemies and bosses without Peach losing her virginity. Its a very difficult task, yet not impossible given it gives you a secret ending.

Oh my god, Peachs Untold Tale is an amazing game. The Dev has put so much time and love into it. Sadly the games been on hiatus for half a year now.
