It's been quite an exciting week in the world of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with the arrival of the final fighter Sora from the Kingdom Hearts series.
Now that we've had some time to see what this new and final addition to the game's roster is all about, our American-based video producer, Zion Grassl, has put on his Kingdom Hearts hat and assessed all the cool secrets and references in this latest DLC drop.
If you've not tried out this fighter, he's available as a standalone purchase for $5.99 / £5.39 from the Switch eShop, or can be purchased as part of the second Fighters Pass. From there, it's just a matter of updating your copy of the game. The actual Kingdom Hearts series will also be coming to the Nintendo Switch in the near future, in the form of cloud versions.

I wonder if Dearly Beloved (Second Swing Version) will get released in the game, without having to have Melody of Memory save data.
The attention to detail here is amazing. I know Square would have been very strict about all the details involving Sora, but I feel so many of the things we have is purely fanservice by Sakurai. Like the Stamina Battle Fade to white, I just can't get over that.
@gamefan37 i dunno, all the game exclusive spirits get general releases eventually, so i assume the song would be similar
@somebread well, the undertale song is nowhere to be found unless you buy the DLC costume.

@Kidfunkadelic83 Smash is a game that pretends to be casual but crush casuals ruthlessly. Mariokart is the real Nintendo series for casuals.
@glaemay i dont really play online anyway. There looks to be plenty of content in the single player and im hoping to get my kids in to it a bit. Still struggling with the controls a bit tho.
