Day one, baby!! I've been waiting for this for SO long!!

Lots of stuff happening for me in the next few months, so it's waiting time for me. Looking forward to it in the future though!

@LadyCharlie This, so much. I find as I get older, I love more cozy games and fun titles as opposed to super-serious, action-packed fare. This scratches an itch, the same one that Animal Crossing, Cook Serve Delicious, and Fantasy Life do. It's perfect.

leaks wouldn't be an issue if there wasnt a demand. people who wanted these leaks are the same type of people who love to see leaks of nintendo directs and such.

I'm waiting for it to hit Peacock; I always hated going to a theater, and that's only gotten moreso since The Rona. Would rather chill at home to watch.

@MagicEmperor I played that game when I was 6 or 7, and it scared the crap outta me. Of course, I can look at it now and kinda laugh, but... I shy away from actually playing it again, even now!

@Darlinfan YES. Halle Barry was amazing for doing that. The movie has very few bright spots, and nothing compares to Michelle Pfeiffer's transformation into Catwoman, but Halle Berry did the best she could with what she had for a script.

@Darlinfan I know. Catwoman is terrible, but like the movie, it's almost so bad it's good.

@Soren Gee, let's see.. It's from Nintendo and Intelligent Systems, it uses strategy RPG elements and the rock-paper-scissors (axes-lances-swords) formula that the series is known for, it has a wide variety of characters, and an epic storyline. Oh, and it's actually titled Fire Emblem.

Please, tell me how it's not a 'real' Fire Emblem game.

I love this game. Aside from the main game, there are TONS of mini-games that are just as fun as the main story. So much hate in the comments for it, but I loved it. One of my top 10 DS games for sure.

As awesome as the graphics may be, this game does not deliver what was promised in the teaser. I wanted something dark, unique, and at least in flavor with both the franchises. From everything I have seen, this is just another stupid game where the females have massive funbags and the guys are all dolts. They had a chance to do something wonderful and stunning and true. A love letter to both franchises. Instead, nope. Generic anime crap with panty shots, large breasts, and a boring-looking combat system. So much potential, so much promise, completely wasted.

You guys have to understand something: I was rolling on a high from both FE:A and SMTIV when the initial teaser landed for this game. I was excited. I was like, 'I don't care how long it takes, this sounds amazing'. Then the April 1st trailer happened, and I was leery then, but decided to keep an open mind. Now, it's like my poor little fangirl heart was popped in a blender and someone hit the puree button. My rage may not be justified, but my soul-crushing disappointment sure as heck is.

This game is NOT SMT, nor is it Fire Emblem. It's a slap in the face to the fans and an insult to both franchises. I honestly think the dev team had some in-development assets lying around, and when they tried to make a good crossover and failed, in desperation, they pulled out the assets and slapped FE names to some of them. I hate the fact this game exists. If it were released as a whole new IP and not pushed as the SMT x FE crossover, I would not be this pissed off about it.

I'm not goin' back. I bought the game on launch. It ruined my social life. I just now found recovery. YOU CAN'T MAKE ME GO BACK.

What a kerfluffle. I personally don't give a duck if the review is good or bad. I like the series, so I will pick up this game and enjoy it, regardless of what professional reviewers may say about it.

@NImH Wow, the butthurt here is so intense I can still see the flames spewing forth. Let me make one thing clear: I don't have a New Nintendo 3DS or a Wii U; I don't plan to get either because I just got the Persona Q limited edition 3DS for Christmas. I don't plan to get Amiibos, which at the heart of it, are a cash grab and do little to enhance gameplay other than triggering unlockables. Some people operate on something called a budget, and buying just the game alone is enough to drain extra funds sometimes. If you buy them and enjoy them, great. Go nuts. Amiibo it up. They're just not for me. Period.

Is Nintendo a bit silly for not having same-sex couples an option in this game? Yes.

Is it worth raking them over the coals for? No.

Day one download for me. Watched some gameplay videos and it looks awesome. Will tide me over till Kirby comes out in a month.
