I'm real curious what's going to happen to the 3DS consoles at the Lourve going out of commission. Hopefully they don't just trash them all, I'm sure there's probably a few collectors out there that want to get their hands on one (and I don't blame them - they do look pretty cool!)

So they're finally here...

I'm just hoping that the Sonic 3 movie and this series are connected in some way, where if you watch them both the full story makes sense.

You know, like the game.

I sure can't wait to hear the phrase "EA Sports FC 2023 will feature the same Gameplay features and modes from FIFA 23 Legacy Edition without any new development or significant enhancements" all over again!

Four, and it's quite funny what happened to all of them:

1.) My first one was a red OG 3DS. I never got to play on it because the cartridge slot was broken.
2.) A black OG 3DS XL acquired from GameStop. It lasted like a week, and the touch screen ended up losing its touch capabilities.
3.) A red OG 3DS XL, also acquired from GameStop. It worked fine, but the charging port broke after a few years.
4.) A red New 3DS XL. This one is still hanging on fine and doesn't seem to have any MAJOR problems, but the SD card seems to be corrupted and the back plate is missing screws.

If I ever get myself another one, which I probably won't, it'll most likely be a New 2DS XL.

Thank you for including this one, Nintendo Life! I hope that more people play this masterpiece as a result of your spotlighting it here.

Ah yes, the one masterpiece of a game that was originally announced with all these fun online features, and then it got delayed three years, and then they were like "nah let's just make it a club nintendo reward cuz why not" and the promised online features never... really... came...

Ignoring that, though, this ga- er, utility was great. I remember having loads of fun with it back in the day. Good times. Nintendo, if you're reading this, please make a sequel for the Switch.

See, this is why Legacy Console Edition was great. It took only like five seconds to load and this sort of thing didn't happen.

I love how they didn't have an additional game in the image with the games on sale to center the image, so they were just like "B O W S E R" and then called it good.

This seems like an interesting series you're doing, since it'll encourage people to boot up their old consoles and give them one last playthrough! I'd like to recommend you do an article on the BOXBOY! trilogy as part of this series. It's a great 3DS exclusive puzzle platformer and a hidden gem.

Plus it's by the same company that makes Kirby, so of course there's going to be lore...
