I think I ended up with my PS4 about 4 months after release, my first game I picked up was Infamous second son since I loved the first game. Will be interesting to see the exclusives coming. I've never had an xbox, but I see them buying up so many copies and i'm interested to see what they've got up their sleeve this gen.
I think I might try to pick up Atelier Ryza at some point, also one of these days I need to hop into Disgaea 5 that I bought so I can figure out if I want to pick up 1 & 4 lol.
I like the style of game so i'll probably check this out at some point. However I wish we were also getting Persona 5 Royal i'd be double dipping on the original for it on switch. I'm still unsure about double dipping for Royal on PS4 at the moment.
You'd think it would be easy with already having the assets out there, to either swap character models for the uncensored version or maybe even as a peace sign offer an uncensored patch for those that want it the original way.
You know I hadn't watched a trailer for this, I think I had this completely confused with the series where you have to draw your maps for dungeons which I wasn't that interested in, but this looks more like an action rpg and i'm a little bit more interested in this now. However it will probably have to wait for a price reduction before I grab it.
I really still don't understand the point of selling games with digital copies inside and no physical cartridge, while having a box is nice it's the cartridge that makes it worth it. This new age of digital physical stuff is quite stupid. I enjoyed Overwatch on the PC, but did get bored of it after awhile, and I just am so irritated with Blizzard as a whole (though some of it is less blizzard and more EA). I miss the days when Blizzard was an infallible beast. I'm just hoping we get D4 announcement this year and they can right the ship a bit. Overwatch is definitely a game worth playing through some, though I just don't know how it will play on consoles since I only ever played it on PC.
I was someone interested in this game I missed it on Wii U, but if this is going to be a censored version it's a skip. I don't like censorship in general video games or otherwise in any form of media, I want the game to come out how it was originally created. It's especially mind numbing when the censorship doesn't even make sense.
@Silly_G Yeah not interested in those, but one can hope Nintendo would put out another unique pro controller. The last one was the Smash one I believe. Luckily I did get the XBC2 controller which I like a lot, but would like another unique one.
Yeah I like collectible card games, but I don't like when they add card systems to games like rpg's. This one's a skip for me, but I do applaud them for trying something different, and I do hope it sells well. I think at least they did pretty good with the price point though 20 might have been a better idea if it's as short as I've heard.
Yeah I always wanted to try these back in the day, but I just don't think I could go to them now. If I was going to play this style of game i'd probably want to try out Divinity Original Sin 2 which should be better if you are not running on nostalgia glasses.
If this just didn't have the chibi art style i'd probably be interested, generally just can't get into that art style. I got Bravely Default, but had issues getting into it because of the character art styles.
Waiting for a review, but if it reviews well might check out Little Town Hero. Witcher 3's graphics downgrade is enough for me to just play it on PC one of these days instead. Don't need overwatch can just play on PC. Overall a really packed week though with lots of interesting titles for anyone that just has a switch and no PC or other consoles.
I'm excited for this as long as it's not 60 bucks, hopefully this is like a 30 dollar title max. Seeing that it's physical I don't expect lower than this though it would be nice.
I may not like Epic, but I hope they win this fight. If the parents are letting their kid play to much and get to an addicted state then they are not very good parents. However you know as I as growing up I played a ton of video games hours and hours every day when I could, and it didn't ruin my life.
The game is beautiful, my only complaint is the price due to the shorter nature of this game I think a 40 or 50 dollar price point would have been better. I picked up the game, but was a bit disappointed at how quickly you fly through the game especially if you played it in the past.
Always hoped to be one of those lucky people that gets a game way early, but I've never gotten a game prior to release date. Though nowadays with the buggy mess that a lot of games come out as that need day one patches sometimes it may not be as good to get it right away.
Haven't done any of these via e-shop, though i got Link's awakening physical. I've been considering checking out dragon's quest 3 though due to enjoying XI on PS4. I may eventually double dip on XI on switch for the cool 2d mode.
I might get 11S later since I have it on PS4 I'm not planning to double dip right now, but I'm tempted to later when it's on sale for the cool 2D mode. I might check out DQ3 I've never played any of the other DQ at this point besides 11, but enjoyed it enough that I want to dip my toes in elsewhere.
Seeing that i beat the main story this is one of the things that might make me double dip down the line for that 2D style version, I still haven't done the after credits work on the PS4 version though and want to eventually get back to that.
Yeah I voted Cheggers as number one that's some nightmare fuel. Also I'd never even heard of the guy (NA here). The one I think least belongs here is Rival Turf, that one just feels appropriate for the times lol.
I was on vacation for last week so I finally bit the bullet since I got sick of waiting on patches, and ended up putting in about 20 hours on the switch version. It definitely has several issues, but I felt like it ran better in handheld than when I tried to play it docked, which makes me sad. It's definitely a decent game, but just a terrible port with lots of problems. The biggest things I saw was just straight up game would freeze completely for about 2-3 seconds randomly in the middle of a screen at moments, poor visuals, long load times, some input lag. When I had it docked I had the game error and close, but didn't have any crashes in handheld. I'm about 80% done now, just in case anyone is curious how it's running now. Sad that I feel i might be better off finishing it in handheld over docked.
i think my normal switch is getting some drift now, but I don't play it in handheld without the pro controller very often to notice it. I am however not getting a switch lite because normal switch is plenty good, and I prefer to play mine mostly docked.
This one could be interesting, but full 60 dollar price putting me off. Maybe once there's a sale, I seem to be more and more that way if it's not a first party nintendo I'd rather not take the chance for 60 bucks.

I feel for the people that bought WWE 2k20, it just continues to prove you can sell people poop on a stick and they'll still buy it.
