@wiiware It's a spin off series that has the prince in it.... As long as the game is good, why be so fixated on that?

@wiiware God forbid they try something new with the franchise even though they have the remake and The Rogue in early access. Doesn't take away how great the game is, let alone not trying the game out....

Netflix version of Death Note isn't a good example, since it's literally supposed to be an American version of the source material. And Japan already came out with their own films that you can watch.

Nick Fury is another bad example seeing as the Black version is from Ultimate comics and not the 616 version. People forget that the MCU is a mixed of different versions of the comics, just like with Peter Parker.

Where was all this concerned decades ago when it was the other way around? Its what lead to all this in the first place, but people forget that.

Anyhow, I enjoyed the last series. Hope this one is good.

@Would_you_kindly I know everything about RE, and my point still stands. Given the time line of this film and Wesker's ideology, he doesn't care about what he looks like as long as he evolves passed humans and has power.

@Would_you_kindly They didn't race swap in two different versions of the films, and it was still terrible. Why does that even matter? Especially when Wesker ends up being a monster anyway? Come on man.

@BlackenedHalo So cutscenes are interruptions now? I've read it all at this point. Again if it bothers you so much, just skip them. While others actually enjoy it, and add layers to the story.

@Azuris Ya, certain things were cut for RE3 remake, but calling it short is an overstatement when it comes to RE games in general.

Nonetheless, the general consensus when it comes to reviews is positive so it hasn't damaged the franchise at all. Fans are still begging for a remake of Code Veronica, so if anything the franchise is good and well.

Can't speak for Street Fighter, haven't played that franchise in over a decade.

@JaxonH Nah, I spent more than enough time with the analog controls. Touch screen all the way.

@JaxonH I played the entire game by touch. I was able to draw shapes way faster than an analog stick could ever do.

You can never know how many people do what, based on one's sole experiences.

Rather wait for Switch 2 with a chip based off of the 7nm architecture. By the time the PS5 and Scarlet hit the market, the Switch will be nearly 4 yrs old. By the time the other consoles start hitting there stride, would be a great time for a next gen switch.
