@dumedum Never said you had a problem. Homecoming and WW has those tropes as well. Homecoming's twist is no different than the original film. The audience just doesn't know until later on. Different approach, yet still the same outcome. And for WW, the villain wasn't the twist, it was humanity.

@KayFiOS It pushes the Switch to more awareness to communities. For example you may have Ryan Coogler fans who are not interested in the Switch, but now that they see this, the switch may peak their interest.

@Ainz I get exactly what you are saying. Given Nintendo's position, it doesn't make sense to go back to a traditional console. Especially when your competitors are doing the same thing. More than likely will be a Switch 2 in 2022-3.

@Ainz I read what you wrote and my point still stands. The switch has LPDDR4 RAM which is very expensive, adding more would of raised the cost. Surely Nintendo's next system will be just as powerful, if AMD and Intel keep pushing in the mobile sector, and Nintendo decides to do a Switch 2. The leap from the original switch should be significant.

Now whether it will hold up to the PS5 and Xbox is another matter.

@Ainz What better hardware? the switch has one of the best mobile processors on the market from Nvidia, who happens to be at the top. Besides, it's a lot more complicated to just slap better hardware on a platform.

@gatorboi352 Not true at all. The gamepad did not have to be utilize, even Donkey Kong didn't use the features. As a matter of fact, it was one of the Wii U's biggest criticisms. We already have Indie developers not using dock mode for the Switch. So I don't know where you came up with these requirements that developers have to follow.

@rjejr Lol, the 3DS and the Switch are not even comparable. Switch is offering current AAA title experiences and is a hybrid console. The 3DS is strictly for handheld gaming, let alone it was the same price as the Vita at the time, which was far more powerful. Besides, if price was an issue then the system wouldn't be selling right now. Again the Switch itself cost $257 to build, the system is priced just right.

@rjejr Not expensive for an handheld at all. Second, Nintendo was a place where you could get third party games in the past, so saying never is not true.

@TheBigK The Wii U had a great start for a Month and a half, with no other big titles in sight. Switch had been great for six months with big hitters since launch, all the way into next year. They don't even compare.

All you got to do is type in Splatoon 2 in the search bar of youtube. People are indeed talking about it and playing it.

@Yasaal Major youtubers are talking about Splatoon. The western audince gave Satoon game of the year for a reason. Besides, those Lines in Japan are mainly for the switch. Popular for Splatoon from both regions are pretty much the same.

And it was explained by Nintendo, with playstation and Sega going head on into 3d, they directed all there attention to the N64.
