I'm one of the people who bought Bloodstained physically for the Switch and I'm glad I did. It's a fantastic game. It might not look as good as the other versions, but the gameplay is pure Castlevania (Dawn of Sorrow specifically) and I'm really enjoying it.

I took a risk getting the version everyone was slating, but in fact, it's great. Maybe if I'd played the PS4 version I'd think otherwise, but I haven't so I've no problem with it.

Civ VI is properly slow. And although faster (and loads less frequent) than on the Wii U, Lego City Undercover could do with some speeding up.

@Gerald pretty sure this is a port of the terrible DS/PS1 version of Robocod, not the original. Cheat still there, but the levels are rubbish and now you have to collect elf bombs in each level.

@Menchi187 Yeah, it's clearly different. Not in any way that I can see it playing different though. It's close enough and even closer when moving. Especially in handheld mode.

@admwllms How long does the battery last on the PS4 version?

@Skorpion24 I played Pokemon Quest (swapping it out with Fallout Shelter when I ran out of goes) most of yesterday on a single charge. From about 9am to 3pm. Battery drained much more slowly than with most other games!

The biggest difference is that Nintendo won't lock your Epic account if you play it on the Switch.

I have a memory of this:

The Master System version is the only game I have ever bought (new) that I had to return because it was faulty. It would randomly reset. They didn't have any other copies in Woolworths so I got Teddy Boy instead which turned out to be the better game anyway.

The digital version is better than the board game in a way because it's so easy to mis-count the fields in "real life"! Don't get that issue on a console

Well, it was already great on XBLA so no reason it wouldn't be on the Switch. Add an asynchronous online mode ("play-by-mail" sort of thing) and I'll buy at a high price.
