@SwitchVogel Thanks for the information. Last question. I read that the mobile version had daily events or event isles (Or something like that). I assume the switch version has been design for offline play. Is this correct ?

I brought the game. An finding it a fun game. Does anyone know how long it takes to complete ?

Does anyone know if you can swap to rookie mode mid game. I am about 3/4 the way through and would love to swap to rookie

Currently just over half way through this game on the Vita. Loving the characters and the stories. I find the class trails a bit long, but never boring . It will be my last game on the Vita, but a great way to bring an end off an era. Switch is my mobile gaming console off choice for now on.

CS1 is still one off my favourite JRPG off all time. I played CS1,CS2 on the vita. And onto the last chapter off CS3 (Switch). Will be picking up CS4, but might wait for a few months. So many hours put into CS3, that I dont think I can jump straight into CS4.

Definitely a big fan off the series. Play 1,2 on the ps vita and currently just started chapter 4 on Cold Steel 3 (Switch). Looking forward to Cold Steel 4 but I will start it sometime later in the year.

I am currently 3 quarters the way through the third game in the series. I love this series and played the first two on the vita. I would suggest that people need to play 1,2 before attempting 3,4.

This is great news. I loved playing the first two on the PS Vita and currently half way through the third on the switch. Will wait until the fourth is release on the switch. I find these games are great to play on a handheld console.

I played the first two on the Vita and love the games. I delay getting the third game until it arrive on the switch. This will be a great game to play on the go.

I was excited after reading the review. But check the metacritic user reviews, and it seems that this game is really buggy. Was going to purchase tonight. Now I wait to see if they patch it for the switch or not. if not I look for another RPG.

@darthstuey Thanks for the update. I think, I am too use to modern shooter where the check point are every few steps. I think doom 3 will be a slow burn for me. Slowly play it over 6 months or so.

Thanks for the review. Can someone please explain the checkpoint system in the game. Just had a quick play last night, an when I die I have to reply a fair chunk off the game. Even after manually saving the game. Or when the game itself say it saving. Looking forward to this game. I played Doom 1/2 decades ago, but never 3. Cheers

@IceEarthGuard Yep - Vita wont make the top 20 anymore. But I wont lie. My Vita still get more game play time then my Switch.

The frame rates was so bad on the N64 when you had a fews Dinosaurs and foot solders as the same time. Would be great to experience the games without the issues.

Interesting decision. Visual Novels game would fit the Switch perfectly. I love taking my Vita to a cafe an playing "choas;child" or "Stein;Gate".
But on a PS4. Not really. I save my ps4 games for big action games.

I love my Vita for the JRPG. But it looks like switch has definitely taken over. Vita will still get a lot love will I am catching up on my backlog. But Switch is where I be picking up games like these in the future.

Good news. I alway felt I missout by not picking this game up. Now I have another change. If it plays well on the go, its a buy.
Although it look like it time to buy a switch memory card.

They really improve the pokemon go game in 2018. Love the game. Although i have never spent any money on it.

Well done switch. I have to admit ps vita is still my most used console out off switch,ps4,vita. I still expect i be playing on the vita for another 18 months or so.

@MattFox let me know how you go with the 2019. I love 2018 on switch, but not seeing to much reason to upgrade.

I love the 2018 version, and still playing it today. Like the fact they have tutorials in the 2019 version. But not sure if there enough changes for me to purchase the 2019.
Maybe when I get sack as coach. Hopefully not for a few season yet.
I prefer the touch version then the PC full game. I like to keep my gaming experience easy to play. But I fully understand why most people stick to the PC version.

Depend on the price off the game. If it full price. I expect good graphics. That while i was slightly disappointed with pokemon lets go. Great content. Average graphics. Full price.

Does any know if the user interface been updated?. I love fm2018 on switch. Infact still playing it.
But i would love a simplier user interface.

I am enjoying Pokemon Let's Go. Took awhile for it to grow on me. Boring for the first 4 hours. Fun since the 4 hour mark.

This game would not be a technical great game on n64. Still its a fun game.

This is my first and last pokemon console game. I am having fun with it. Good game for 15-30min gaming session before bed.

But it nothing special, and therefore no need to continie the series.

I think the games deserves a bit off hate. The graphic/user interface is poor for a full price game. That user interface, is so out dated and bad. I cannot even use touch to save.
For me, this is my first pokemon console game. I was very disappointed in the first 4 hours game play. But since that point, I am enjoying the game. I believe it will be a game that I play 15min to 60min before bed or couple hours on a rainy day. Should last me along time.
Still it probably be my first/last pokemon console game. It just does not have that special feeling to invest time into the series outside pokemon go.

They should compare Pokemon go vs Pokemon Let's go. "Pokemon go" would win hands down.
For a full price game the graphics in " Pokemon Let's go" is very disappointing.

Playing my first every pokemon console game. Pokemon Let's go. Two hours in, and feeling that the game been solely aim at people age less then 10.
I expect it will get harder and more interesting. I give it a few more hours. But if it stay like this, this will definitely by my last pokemon console game.

I think the game is aim at people like me. I have never played pokemon on a console before. But like pokemon go on the phone. This game will be my first console version. Looking forward it. I am just disappointed that they have 151 pokemons that I have already see in the mobile version. Would have been much more fun if it was 151 "New" pokemons.

is World of Final Fantasy Maxima an enhance version ? is have it on the ps vita, but yet to play it. It my next game on the Vita once I complete Rainbow Skies. But if a better version, I may consider picking it up on the Switch instead.

They will need to have made improvements in the latest game over previous games if they expect good sales. Looking forward to a review.

I will be a single player only person. Bad wifi at home and not many friends are gamers. Already in the comments people have said it a good single player game. But do you have to be online to play ? or can I play offline ?

@Krull I feel the same. Currently I am 60's hours into "Rainbow Skies"on the ps vita. Then Valkyrie on the switch and back to "FF worlds" on the ps vita. I am probably all good until March 2019

Level 5 games are always enjoyable. Hope this make it to the west at some point.

Wow 10 years already. I loved this game when it came out. Really enjoyed the second on the Ps Vita. An will play the fourth sometime this year on the Switch.

Steins;Gate is in my top 5 games off all time. Not bad since I been playing video games since 1978. I will buy again for this version. Looking forward to it.

Love it on the PS Vita, but I could not get pass one section off the game. Always mean to get back to it. Depending on price, I think I will purchase for the switch and try again.

I found one part off the game to hard in G1. Probably about 80% in. In the future I will restart the game on the PS Vita. If I manager to complete it, I will look into G2 on the switch.

I love telltale games. Got everyone that made it to PS Vita. Wolf Among Us, Walking Dead Season 1,2 are amazing. Great games for portable play.
Love Batman 1 on the switch. I definitely buying Batman 2 when my next pay check arrives.
Telltale will leave a hole in my gaming life. I hope something can rise from the ashes.
