@Arnold-Kage Absolutely. Public transport (including the stations) and shops in mine. The general point is it’s a very minor inconvenience to be precious about.

I actually think the benefit is relatively minor and some people think it offsets the necessity of distancing. But for all the trouble it is? I’d rather not make other people anxious or get denied entry to some place I wanna go.

Re: Super Mario Sunshine Is Now 18 Years Old

With regards to a Mario All Stars 2, I’m actually most interested in Sunshine. It just lacked the expected polish: bad camera, bad pre-rendered cutscenes and some pretty noticeable bugs, such as falling through solid ground.

There’s an opportunity to get it right. Sunshine can be great, if the opportunity to fix its flaws is taken.

Maybe it’ll eradicate an issue I have which they provided me with a total non-answer to.

There are certain titles that won’t transfer from the system memory to the sd card. The error codes and Nintendo’s nonsense, copy and paste customer service answers, will conclude its your memory card, even though you can transfer other titles without a hitch time after time.

Re: Nintendo To Cut Back On Mobile Games After Animal Crossing Success, Says Report

I like Nintendo a lot, however their mobile games haven’t been the best. Mario Run was shallow fun but didn’t generate a lot of revenue, Miitomo was perplexing and not very fun. Mario Kart Tour was bad.

Mobile was meant to compliment their console franchises and raise exposure of their brands, in the hope more people would pick up the consoles.

What mobile actually did was dilute those brands, and arguably tarnished them a little.

I’m not sad to see them leave it behind.

@rushiosan To be fair, the problem was not fixed quickly: not for everybody. Of their 33099 backers, hundreds, or even thousands, have been waiting days, over a week or are still waiting now. The Kickstarter comments page makes this apparent.

There were problems with the initial backer survey, total fails at the code distribution stage and potentially thousands still waiting even after it was proclaimed to be fixed. There was also an 11 day silence on Platinum’s part while this was happening.

Distribution has been a bit of a clusterf**k. It’s a solid game but people have the right to be seriously irked at this point.
