@scamander I think it's the same direct. It says (if my german is good enough) that it will be 05/09 at midnight! And that 05/09 looks so american!!! Here in EU we'd say 09/05...

@accc Gamers have to open their wallets to play games, journalists are paid to play them. It's sad to say, but critics should always consider the price/game value ratio in their reviews because videogames can be cosidered "art", but they are still an industrial product.

@OmegaStar Animal Crossing is safe, don't worry (and this is why the West now has Tomodachi Life too). I think he is talking about those games like Brain Age and Nintendogs: you can have the same thing on a tablet for few bucks and Nintendo just can't ask €40 for them... Hope something new and big is coming (Wii U needs big RPG, FPS and TPS).

The guy is right. And I hope everyone here supported Ubi buying the incredible Child of Light. Dont' blame them if they won't support Wii U in the future: Nintendo can't force a 3rd party to downgrade their next products.

It's not a matter of DLC or advertising: the car just don't fit. It's like putting a Mario kart in Forza Motorsport... A McDonald or a Gamestop in a Grand Theft Auto would make the city more realistic, but if you put one of them in Zelda or Dark Souls, then there's something wrong!

@Kogorn733 Nintendo costumes in Tekken and Bayonetta are funny. Real cars in Mario Kart aren't. That's all.

Thanks to the gamepad, we have basically two cloches (the analogue sticks), each one with two buttons (LB+ZL and RB+ZR), eight front buttons (cross on the left and A,B,X,Y on the right) and a huge space for extra buttons and levers (the touchscreen). Now give us a mech sim too!

@aaronsullivan Ok, but for example if you buy a Toy Story set for Disney Infinity, you basically buy a dlc with hours of new gameplay. With Amiibo you get only few extras for a full game and this should be considered when we talk about prices.

Am I wrong or the Skylander and Disney figures actually work as DLC for sandboxs games? Since now, Amiibo has very inferior value because they just offers minor extras to an already complete game.

I just think the gamepad is a controller with a touch screen in the middle.
DCK does not use it and I love the game.
Zombi U uses it for maps and inventory and I love the game.
Wonderful 101 uses it in a weirdly Platinum style and I love the game.
Pikmin 3 uses it for extra stuff and I love the game.
It seems all depends on developers, not on the controller.

I haven't touched Bayo 2 yet but now I already want a Vanquish 2! Go Platinum!

For those who already played the first Bayo: are you gonna play directly the second one or will you play the two game in a row? Hope there's a in game reward (Bayo 1 had many) if you play B2 after B1: it would be in the lovely masochist Platinum style!

Great job, Nintendo! I planned to buy a PS4 in 2015, but it seems I won't need it at all! Now I hope they create for next Christmas a WiiU Classics collection, with games like Lego City, Wonderful 101 and Pikmin 3 for €25/30, filling the gaps between Hyrule Warriors and 2015 for newcomers.

@KoiTenchi I just can't understand how someone can still agree with their policy about digital. They ask more and give us less, and it's ok for most of the gamers.
For example I use to play Wii Party when my sister's kids visit me with their copy of the game. Now I'd like to download Wii Party U for € 10/15, but obviously Nintendo prefers to (not) sell it at full price...

@faint So they will remove it after the promo? BTW, I can't care less for that game, I'm just scared and bored by their insane policy about digital games!
