@Member_the_game I agree with you. This direct was rather meh. Too many rpgs and too many farming simulators.

Also I was really expecting Smash 64 rather than that Goldeneye game in the N64 announcements.

Honestly, Nintendo Switch Sports needs more sports .

It's good that the game is getting good reviews but Splatoon is not my cup of tea. I'll not be picking this one up unfortunately.

These reactions and opinions from Gamescom players seems really promising.

I'm not gonna even pay any mind to rumors of an upcoming Nintendo Direct because every time I get my hopes too high, it's no Nintendo Direct or it's a game specific Direct that I'm not interested in, and then im disappointed. So I just take the rumors with a grain of salt.

I know it won't be Silent Hill.

So I guess playing video games is all about taking risk in order to reward yourself with progression, right?

@Andigaming when you say "variable", do you mean like an option to choose "resolution mode or "performance mode"; like Switch version of Pac-man World Re-pac?

@Synthatron_Prime I agree with you. Maybe if Nintendo comes out with the rumored Nintendo Switch Pro, they system maybe, just maybe run at 60fps locked or higher (although I'm not gonna push it farther, but it all the depends on how powerful their new system will be).

I'm sorry but in my opinion: As a 60fps gamer, I find 30fps to be inadequate for me. 60fps, for me, is the way of gaming.
Anyway, I still love Mr. Sakurai 's videos about the technical details of video games like framerate, freezes when hit with a devastating blow.

This goes to show that cheaters never prosper.🤷‍♂️

I agree with your comment that says "a person in charge should know what their employees are doing while on the clock", however it would be unfair for the higher-ups (even good and honest ones) to be fired if they are still unaware of what's going on if say, for example, the people who answers to the higher-ups tries to cover it up.

@CharlieGirl I understand. As long as the accused don't get the book tossed at them without due process like some Kangaroo court. However, I still don't know the facts of the situation since I wasn't there. But I know many company in the world gotten themselves in these messy situations like these type of allegations like Activision Blizzard. Whatever the outcome is, I hope they resolve the situation.

So I guess that means I won't touch the game until they fix the problem with a patch.

I know many companies that are guilty about these types of allegations, like Activision Blizzard for example. But to me, something doesn't look right by the new allegations against NoA: First there was a complaint NoA and now sexual harassment?

I don't know if this is true or someone who works in the company is disgruntled and has something against the company, either way, I don't work there, I don't know the facts (there's no doubt that there will be an internal investigation) , but TWO things that I want to say:

I hope they get the situation taken care of and I am still a fan of Nintendo for their beloved games that still brings out the kid in me.

Tbh, I think that there's nothing new about this 3rd iteration of Splatoon either then new costumes and new stages, which is just about it, so that's a pass for me, unfortunately.

Summer 2023 is a long wait, but I am so happy that it's confirmed to be ported to the switch. I loved the first game and I wonder how the sequel is gonna turn out. I can HARDLY WAIT!
