Yet Flappy Bird, DID make it on. That makes no sense. Flappy Bird clearly ripped pipes straight from Mario.

At least that brings hopes that a new F-Zero is a possibility. So whereas we all died a little after reading the title, at least there's that little bit of hope.

@Samurai_Goroh Instant inventory is one of the best features that the Gamepad can do. It makes games so much more emersive, than having to pause whenever you need a new item for something. It's definitely one of the better improvements that was added to Windwaker HD, compared to Windwaker Gamecube.

@Angelic_Lapras_King Or the 'HD, HD Remaster.' Since I can think of at least 3 games that were on a HD system, but then 'Remastered' for the PS4/Xbox One.

If it was almost any other company that's not Ubisoft, then it would just be a successor to the first game. But because it's Ubisoft and they've done this before with Rayman Legends (bring a game from Last Generation and Wii U and porting it to the Next Generation of the other consoles,) then I have every right to suspect that it will be ZombiU, with slightly updated textures and controls and that would be it...

Again, I think that the Treehouse Event SHOULD be Nintendo's Digital Event presentation. It would give them 3 whole days to show off as many games as possible.

@hYdeks It's the Wii issue all over again. They do short supply, the demand is highier than the actual supply, Nintendo would need to increase stock, finally increase stock to closer meet demand. That final part is where Nintendo is aiming to get to.

I think that Nintendo’s Treehouse Event, where they show off their games, should be their E3 presentation. That way, they have 3 Days to show off as many games as they want to. They can show a trailer for the game and then spend some time showing the game off. I think that that would be awesome. Right?

Overall, it's actually been a decent E3 as a whole for Nintendo. It's just the main event of Nintendo's E3, the Digital Event, that was the disappointment for Nintendo, but that is what Nintendo will be remembered for this year...

I'm just going to take a bit of a break from Nintendo overall after this. This was extremely depressing. The only thing that is keeping me from quitting altogether, is the fact that they said that this E3 will only be focused on 2015-Early 2016 release titles. Which gives me some hope for next year, but until then, the only game I will pick up, will be Super Mario Maker and Starfox. That's it.
Please Nintendo, I love you and wish you only the best, but please, don't disappoint next year, like you did this year...

I just remembered something. Didn’t Nintendo say that they will only be focusing on 2015-Early 2016 games at this Digital Event? Maybe that’s why it wasn’t even good. Paper Mario Wii U would be mid to late 2016, Metroid would be late 2016, Zelda would be late 2016. All the games we really want will fall after the 2015-Early 2016 time frame…

@rjejr We'll see. If Nintendo don't pull out all the stops today, then it really would be, Game, Set and Match in favour of Sony this year.

@andyg1971 You can watch the stream on Youtube through the Wii U Browser. Not sure about 3DS though. Plus, you can watch it in it's entirety on Nintendo's Official Youtube channel after the stream is done...

@Takerkaneanite6 My mistake, I mean SUPER Mario Maker. It's going to take a while to to get used to not calling it just Mario Maker...

Whether I get any other game or not this year, I will definitely be getting Mario Maker. And for those that question why this wasn't officially a thing before, well with the Gamepad, it becomes a breeze to make Mario levels. Whereas on any other console/handheld (not including the DS or 3DS,) it would be less fun to do so.

Is this even legal? If so, cool that's an awesome little tribute. If not, then uh oh...

@icedude545 Not to my knowledge, but you can share levels with all Wii U owners, so there's that. However, it can always be announced at E3 or in a Nintendo Direct later in the year...

@MasterBombad It depends. Is Mario Maker better than the 25th Anniversary Mario Allstars Pack? If Yes, then yes, they are doing something better. If No, then no, they haven't. I personally can't wait...

I would love for F-Zero to be announced at E3 as well. But I truely think that it will be a Launch Title for the NX. Like the original was for the SNES...
