Regarding this list, metroid prime is always a great way of feeling lost and isolated.

Lego City remains the best non first party game on Wii U.

Sadly here, for the reasons mentioned above, you're better off with the PS4 or XBONE version.

The first one was crap on Wii U. Framerate was appalling and it looked like a sub par 360 game visually.

Fingers crossed it comes to NX and that it builds on the solid ideas the first one gave us.

Cool, I guess. Still needs a Nintendo Direct though, one that shows some unannounced games.

Resident evil 6 is one of the worst AAA games I've ever played.

The last good Call of duty was number 2 on xbox360.

Even the popular Sonic games are massively overated.

Disagree with the Mario Party inclusion though, they're all brilliant bar number 8.

Recently demolished and loved the new Rachet and Clank, they rarely make games like these anymore.

I stopped using it because I don't have any social media accounts. So I was only really interacting with my fiancé, family and the same few friends I see daily. It got boring.

I imagine if you have a massive interest in what other people do and think (usually about mundane subjects) it's probably great, much like the appeal of most if not all social media apps. Not for me though.

Bring on FE and AC mobile games.

Same goes for a standalone portable, like the 3DS but without the 3D and XL screens as standard. I genuinely think there's still a market there for this.

I love the Wii U, to this day still play it more than the PS4 and Xbone. But it clearly was a pain to make/port games on, missed out on so many big multiplat games.

The marketing and PR was horrendous too. This NX reveal and lead up to launch will be pivotal.

@kenrulei I agree. I was just saying that loads of people like yourself enjoy the game, regardless of what reviews say, so that is all that matters. Also, Sega racing on the Wii U is a great game one of my favourite launch games.

Brother just texted me to say his special edition turned up this morning. Lucky sod. He's starting with Birthright, I'm opting for conquest first (when I can afford a copy, natch).

Exploiting workers is not on, shame it results in a game being shut down but totally understandable, as others have said.

Pointless. We still all play Mario Party 10 (along with the smash and kart sessions) everytime the family get together on the weekends, it's a brilliant franchise. But solo play only, what a poor choice considering the other games available to release.

Good tip is charging your game pad before every session. Sounds obvious but you'll be caught short otherwise.

My copy came early yesterday and it's brilliant. Grin inducing high octane gameplay. Took me a level to get used to the controls, seriously it's so intuitive.

The gamesradar.com review is dreadful. That first paragraph about the Wii U, such drivel.

Other M was fantastic. I remember 100%-ing it over a long weekend, enjoyed every minute. Those who didn't like it had already decided to not to when it was announced. Yeah some corny dialogue but when is that genuinely uncommon. Got my first print preorder of star fox on the way, can't wait to master a new way to play!

LEGO City is probably my favourite, along side Mario Maker.There are so many to choose from, Nintendo once again have the best exclusives of the console generation. Honourable mentions to Need for Speed, Rayman and Hyrule Warriors.

Good! Was a repellant and immature feature anyway. This is much better for our version (UK).

This'll be played so much in our house over the Xmas season (mainly by the youngsters but as a family). Thankfully Nintendo still understands the importance of local offline multiplayer.
