obviously when the development shifted to Retro Studios, a blessing in disguise, it would take a long time, Tears if the kingdom is set to release almost 6 years after botw, and it's gonna be running in the same engine, its a sequel, they just need to focus on creating the gameplay and environments,

now Metroid 4, is something that needs to be built from the ground up, without any foundation, something completely new, and the scope of it and what's expected of it, obviously it's gonna take a long time, fortunately for us, some yeas have already gone by and we'll eventually see some footage of the game,

now there is no doubt in my mind, it will release as a cross gen tittle on the Switch 2, and maybe run on the switch with some significant downgrade, Retro is the studio Nintendo uses when they really want a game to pop and have great visuals, like the work they did on the Mario Kart series, I'm expecting this game to be something truly outstanding and it makes sense, they'll use it to showcase the capabilities of the Switch sucessor

absolutely beyond hyped for Pikmin 4, it's an IP I just got around to play on the Wii U, with Pikmin 3, and was instantly hooked, there isn't another game quite like it, challenging, complex, realistic, smart kinda lemmings type of vibe, and relaxing at the same time, really great games, very much anticipating any new footage or news about this tittle.

This is absolutely impressive, is it's really great to see Nintendo's vision pay off, to focus and invest on something completely new from the ground up, to push for it and now it's a 100% new and fresh first party IP at the same level as Pokemon, Zelda, Mario, etc..

but also, so very much Nintendo, it's like we'll do a "shooter" too, but we'll do it differently from everybody else,

nobody ever though of it, make a shooter where you don't shoot at anyone, you shoot at the floor and walls,

amazing fresh innovative concept, gameplay focused, original, colourful animated, its so much Nintendo and really great to see it being accepted, the game is really fun, and these sales means it's not going anywhere, we got another Mario kart here!

I never understand why this is "news", less do I understand, people coming to the comment section, saying they like three houses better, or this or that, like sales has anything to do with a quality of a game, like a games sells better depending on how good it is, how flawless the mechanics are, this is preposterous, you'll hardly ever find anything good or of value on a top sales chart, that belongs to sports and car sims and licensed games based on cartoons and movies... Fire Emblem engage is truly a "hardcore" game, not for the masses, it still blows my mind awakening did good and the franchise didn't die, its very complicated and hard chess we're talking about here people, off course you shouldn't judge it for the top sales chart, who cares about sales numbers anyway...

You know, for people who are so into videogames, that they check constantly and go as far as commenting on a site called nintendolife, most users here don’t seem to have a good grasp in real life, like this game started from scratch sometime in 2019, we’ve just begun 2022, how can someone expect a game made from scratch of this scope, to be done and boxed ready for sale? Its like why you buy Nintendo systems instead of just laying fifa and uncharted 1000, the good thing about nintendo, and why their AAA games are better than everybody elses, its because they make good games new ideas, and everything in house, its not running on any third party engine, the idea that a whole team could finish a product like this in under three years, is just not having a clue of how hard and amazing it is the work that goes into making something like, super mario odyssey or breath of the wild, and prime 4 will be the same standard, it will come out when its done, as it should… probably will come out on both the switch and the new switch pro or something like breath of the wild, launching simultaneously on wii u and switch

I voted OUTSTANDING and it’s pretty simple; I got within months apart No More Heroes 3 and Shin Megami Tensei V, enough said.

I don’t think this will ever happen again, and both games are everything I could expect them to be, lets not forget Metroid Dread also in the mix between those releases, I don’t need mario and zelda every year, 2021 lineup, when you look back at it, was pretty damn strong

I have never played a 2D game like this, you know where the money went, I’ve been playing it since yesterday and I’m addicted and stunned by how it plays and looks

This game and No More Heroes 3, have been my most anticipated titles for quite some time

Disappointed that there's only 3 hours of treehouse live, when there used to be three days, but boy am I happy

It's very rare, as games take so long, and time is precious, plus new releases, I feel like I've replayed Pokémon quite a few times, even though I played different titles on different hardware,

Still, right now I'm finishing up No More Heroes 2, and EAGERLY awaiting NMH 3, which I really didn't expect to happen, and those games are really some of my all time favourite games I've ever played, and it's been a blast, last time I played through both entries, was with a wiimote on my hand, so it's been a while and they sure, stood the test of time

This is a comfortable safe list, that really doesn't make any senmakers in a row, I've played both of them extensively , can't find much difference between the two and definitely think they stand on their own and don't belong on this list.
