If anything I feel like playing older games has made me appreciate them more, once again.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills with modern Pokemon compared to some of the older games, but no; Pokemon even the older games still wash some of the current ones.

My only complaint is that I wish this was full on cart.

If they go on a sale. I can't justify it at the current prices. However given that its Pokemon I can see that never happening.

These really feel like releases to just shut people up that wanted older mainline Pokemon games on Switch. Barely any changes and more expensive than GBA VC titles back in the day.

But got to pay that Pokemon tax I guess.

That's a lot of money and you still get download code.

I think I would only get this if it was a physical release.

It looks like my patient gaming paid off once more. I'll simply buy the physical down the line.

About a 6. Paranormasight sequel is cool and a new Xanadu game. Biggest surprise was a new Culdcept game, I thought that series was dead.

I know I'm one of like 5 people who care about that series.

The first game was one of the best games of 2023 and no one talked about it.

Jeez. 102gb. That's still less than my copy on PC, but still glad I got my express card when I did.

I hope we get some new games announcements; not just ports.

I was hoping for some new worlds or something more single player related. Seems like its mostly co-op focused.

There are aspects/parts of FF7 Remake I like. However, I wasn't crazy about the story changes nor some of the additional padding that it had.

I thought this game was locked to 30 or initial reports when the game was announced.

is Yakuza 0 actually 4k docked? I was seeing mixed answers on the docked resolution after launch.

Giving that this is Sega I can expect it to put on sale quickly.

Its kind of sad that there isn't a game focused store in the U.S you can go to.

GameStop themselves do not qualify and have not for years in their big shift to stuff like Funko Pops which no one wants. For a place with game in their name, most of the place was in fact not games.

I do not understand how these Tales of games do not have Switch 2 versions.

Bandai Namco has already released several Switch 2 games on the platform.

Call of Duty hasn't been the same in years. Take me back when they tried.

I'll be getting it on Switch 2. I wasn't sure about the art style initially, but it has warmed up to me.

I didn't see an option in the poll, but I will be getting it later on a sale probably. I usually don't play games at release, I have so many other games I haven't even gotten to yet.

I wasn't expecting it to be as good as Prime 1 or 2, but man. Bit of a bummer.

I don't use the eshop very often, so I was shocked that there wasn't even a simple cart feature.

I'm hoping for Metroid Prime 2 or 3. I'd like to see what Monolith is doing next. Doesn't have to be Xenoblade, but a new IP would be good too.

More patches for Switch 1 games. Maybe a Kid Icarus Uprising port with new content and such. I know Sakurai just got finished with Kirby, but I hope he returns to Kid Icarus eventually.

You know looking back a lot of launches many weren't all that hot. The 3Ds for example, pretty pitiful launch.

Considering the amount of times Bethesda has released Skyrim, this is pretty baffling.

But when you look at the Fallout 4 update that yet again broke the game and maybe I shouldn't be surprised.

Just like the Switch 1, for every impressive port you'll have one that's shocking.

Having played the original, I have no idea what they were thinking were the way they recast some of the characters in this game. Don't even look like the same person.

I haven't played it yet, but all the reviews I've seen for this game have left me disappointed.

When you end up waiting so long for another game, you want something that can rise above simply another Metroid Prime game.

Wish I had bought it later on, to be honest since the console would end up getting a discount. Not much has come out for it, most of the games are on Switch 1, so eh.

Aside from Xenoblade, Metroid Dread could benefit and Fire Emblem: Three Houses. I've been really holding out for Thousand Year Door too.

I'm sure it'll be a good port, but never been crazy about the modern era AC games compared to Black Flag and Brotherhood.

While Ubisoft is at it, they should update the Mario + Rabbids games for Switch 2

4K TVs are pretty cheap these days, especially in comparison to monitors.

I'd kill for a Danny Phantom game that was even half as good as some of these latest SpongeBob games.

Looks pretty solid. Something about getting new physical copies for these old consoles will never not be cool to me.

Never got super into Amiibo personally. I do own a figure collection, so if I'm in the mood for one I'll buy those.

I was excited for Outlaws since that was a game that had potential, and while I think its good we have this I'll probably be passing.

Square has been very random with how they've been handled Switch 2 upgrades. Some have 0, some are paid and then some are straight up free. Kind of odd.

This having a free upgrade is an easy pickup for Switch 2 in any case.

Battle Network and Starforce. Crazy to see them return. Most people think of the classic or X series when they think of Mega Man so I feel like the odd one out growing up with these instead,
