I will be downloading the gameboy version, damn u bisoft!

I played this on ps4 and it wasn't that great on that so I didn't expect much of the wii u version. Watch dogs was incredibly over hyped and ubisoft yet again failed to deliver they haven't had the best track record lately I hope they put out some games soon that are actually good and maybe ya know working properly on release... that last part is pretty important.

I wanted to put the homebrew channel on my spare 3ds but at the price cubic Ninja is at the moment most people are probably considering a flash cart to run cubic ninja to then run the exploit. Murky waters indeed but let's face it the people that want to do this probably accept there will be no more updates for there software.

Great memories of playing the donkey Kong country games and most other Rare games. I think Rare actually kept other developers on their toes with what they could do with there games.

So I will put homebrew on my xl and buy a new 3ds xl when they are released in this region

I mostly agree with this list and I am glad to know that a lot of other people share my enthusiasm for Super Mario world it's a fantastic Mario game. Very glad to see the galaxy games ranked so highly because imo they are some of if not the finest 3d platformers ever made.

Now while Nintendo is outsourcing games to be remade hopefully they will give us galaxy 1+2 hd good vid Nintendo life

I loved both both Banjo kazooie and Banjo Tooie Rare made some excellent games before the Microsoft acquisition now they are only Rare by name still I enjoyed playing through both of these again on the 360

The donkey Kong country games are among my favourite platformers.

The first game I ever played on the n64 and it was brilliant

Super Mario world is one of my favourite snes game. mario bros 3 set the standard super Mario world perfected it.

@MadAdam81 all homebrew programs are free and no homebrew emulators come with roms or other people's code because then it would be illegal

@Azooooz piracy and homebrew are different things.

Personally I haven't updated because I use my wii u to play gamecube games through vwii devolution (this homebrew features anti piracy measures and means you have to rip your own games and verify them first).

Gamecube functionality is something Nintendo can do on wii u and just don't.

I wonder how Nintendo got around that

This was an awesome wrestling game and a fun all round brawler, I remember preferring no mercy but it had that game breaking save game bug on all the copies I have played

Ubisoft are in my top 3 disliked publishers right now alongside EA and activision.

I expected this to be good I was very impressed with the demo it looks so much better in action then on pictures.

Has Nintendo learned how to advertise now finally, the last ad was hilarious

I am really happy about this surprise smash bros demo I got a code and played it, before I had played the demo I was just going to wait for the wii u version but it's so much fun on 3ds and I am fully hyped up about it now so I will be getting both all because of this awesome demo

Ah me and my brother spent loads of time playing this it was a truly great game and (i believe) the first n64 game to use the rumble pack in the UK

Ah that Saturn controller still need to get myself one of those. The n64 analogue stick worked great although I think my controller had a drug problem every time I went to use it the thing was covered in powder.

That's looks awesome probably the best looking xl I have seen but personally I'd rather wait for 'new 3ds xl' I want that portable xenoblade

You know what kinda breaks the magic, yearly releases of assassins creed and telling Nintendo fans they have a game ready for their system but there hasn't been enough of us buying the system to deserve it, that breaks the magic. Ubisoft are climbing my list of devs to ignore EA are already up there on top waving down to ubisoft

I own all 3 and am very happy with each of them for different reasons (Xbox One came in handy when psn was being ddos attacked on Sunday for example) although the wii u and playstation combo sounds like most people's choice.

I would also like to point out that nearly all exclusive games on xbox one aren't actually exclusive at all because you can usually buy them on 360 or pc it's almost as if Microsoft wants the xbox one to become irrelevant and this is also why I rate ps4 over XBone other than the fact most multiplatform games have slightly prettier graphics on sony's system.

I have a 3ds and a 3ds xl so I will use my old 3ds for homebrew

I felt fairly let down by lost world and this doesn't look half as good as that so I doubt I will be in a hurry to pick this up, I'll wait for some more footage and reviews

The galaxy games, f zero gx and Mario kart double dash would be awesome.

Bit annoying there is a cap on downloads but I doubt I will ever get anywhere near that

I do love old rare they were a British studio to be proud of donkey Kong country, killer instinct, goldeneye, Perfect dark, conkers bad fur day and diddy kong racing were all favourites of mine

@Nintenjoe64 optional SS controls and 2011 tech demo now your talking. Not just zelda but most Nintendo games hold the players hand way too much full of tutorials and silly amount of hints and lives I guess they fear people will be put off by a bit of challenge costing them sales.

@Nintenjoe64 I'm up for any zelda game remake or new they are awesome games but motion controls unless you're able to turn them off would honestly put a lot of people off myself included it's what has stopped me finishing skyward sword I can't stand waving my arms around I just want to sit back with a controller.

A link to the past remake using the link between worlds engine would be amazing

While it's true that emulators on phones are not accurate many people don't seem to realise that you can pair your trusty wii remote or dual shock 3 with your phone's making it much more appropriate for the accuracy you would need for mega man or Mario. I do love articles like this and have the utmost respect for anyone restoring/modding consoles and handhelds I still have my original gameboy I wouldn't mind making it black with a nice blue backlit

Anyway I read this and didn't think apple but was thinking more about Sega in the 90's

I'm not going to be complaining since I will be getting bayonetta 1 for free but I really hope it will be a physical disc as well worldwide because I hate digital only especially with the rubbish size of the wii u internal hdd.

This, zelda, xenoblade chronicles X and splatoon have got me excited for the future of wii u

Wii u has got some great games now and some amazing games next year whereas there isn't anything too groundbreaking on xbox one and ps4 just yet and probably won't start to hit there stride until late next year so probably not such a bad thing to wait to buy either console

At the right price point I would end up wanting to collect amiibos

Well the loading times are longer, the colours are more washed out and not as vibrant and its has a better frame rate on the 360 by no means a bad game on PS3 but a better game on the 360. It was quite widely reported at the time of release.
I totally get you i'm not an enthusiast of digital at all except for indy games tbh

It was a refreshing surprise to see this at E3 I think the ideas are spot on and I think this will appeal to both children and adults. Nintendo could have a winner on their hands here.
